Firstly, live a healthy life. We should have healthy eating habits. Do more exercise to keep healthy. Secondly, have a good study habit. We should listen to the teacher carefully; try our best to finish homework on time. Thirdly, try to be an honest student. Don't tell lies and never cheat in class. Finally, obey the school rules. Don't go swimming alone without permission. Never take the mobile phones to school. Don't fight with others. Last but not least, we should be polite to the teachers and classmates.

    Mark Zuckerberg was born on May 14, 1984. As a little kid, he loved creating little fun computer programs, especially communication tools and games.
    When he was a student at Harvard University, Mark founded (创建）Facebook on February 4, 2004. Through Facebook, Harvard students could communicate with each other. Facebook quickly became a great success at Harvard and more than two-thirds of the school's students used it in the first two weeks. It soon spread further to any university students, then high school students, and, finally, to anyone aged 13 and over in the US.
    Facebook developed fast and became popular. People can communicate with others, add friends, and send them messages. Now, it has more than 175 million users all over the world.
    Many big companies have offered a very high price to buy Facebook, but Mark refused them all. His reason was simple. “We are not planning to sell it. We don't want to make money from it. We just hope Facebook will make it easier for people to know each other.”
Sometimes the simplest ideas go the furthest. We hope Mark can go much further, maybe even further than Bill Gates!

When he was a teenager, Hunter Adams was very unhappy, and he spent many years in the 1960s and 1970s in a special hospital for people with mental health problems.
When he left hospital, Adams decided to become a doctor, so he went to a medical school in Virginia, in America. But when he was there, he did things in different ways. For example, he didn't like the doctors' white coats, so he wore shirts with flowers on them when he visited his patients, and he tried to make them laugh. The doctors at the medical school didn't like Adams very much because he was too different.
Adams believed that people in hospital need more than just medicine. He saw unhappy and lonely people, and he tried to help them, not just as patients, but as people too. He spent a lot of time with children in hospital, and often put a special red nose on his face so he looked like a clown and made the children laugh.
When he finished medical school and became a doctor, Adams opened his own hospital, called The Gesundheit Institute, with some other doctors. They wanted it to be a place with a different way of working with sick people.
Hunter Adams became famous during the 1980s, and in 1998, Universal Pictures made a film about his life. It was very successful. In the film, Robin Williams played Adams. Williams said, “Hunter is a really warm person, who believes that patients need a doctor who's a friend. I enjoyed playing him”

It's the end of class. When the bell rings, students of a Foreign Languages School in Shenzhen quickly take out their mobile phones. They like to log on (登录) to their micro blogs to check the funny things that have happened in the last hour.

Micro blogging has swept the country during the last few years. Recent surveys show that most students in middle schools have a micro blog, and some even update their blogs more than five times a day.

"We learn many fresh and interesting things on micro blogs and they have become popular topics in class," said Liang Jianmin, 14, a student from Harbin No. 3 Middle School. "If you do not know about them, you are out.”

It is also a great place for students to relax." My parents always ask me to study hard, and encourage me before exams, but actually it adds pressure," said Zhang Yazhe, 15, a student from a Foreign Languages School. But parents are worried that micro blogging could be a waste of time. Some misleading messages may even be dangerous to kids.

Shen Mingde, a professor, suggests parents not worry too much that kids are crazy about micro blogging. Instead， however, it can also become a window for parents to understand their children. "If parents can read their children's micro blogs, they'll know their thoughts, it can lead to better communication and solutions to problems," he said.

He also gives some advice to kids.

Don't micro blog for more than one hour a day.

Never micro blog in class.

Try to talk face to face with people from time to time.

Be critical(批判性的). Not all the messages on the micro blog are true.
