Little Peter is nine years old. And now he is in Grade Three. He lives not far from the school but he is often late for class. He likes watching TV in the evening and goes to bed late, so he can't get up early in the morning. This term, Mrs Black, Peter's aunt, works in Peter's school. She asks Peter to come to school earlier. This morning, Peter got up late again. When he ran to school, it was eight thirty. His aunt was waiting for him at the school gate.

“You are thirty minutes late for the first class. Peter. ”Mrs Black said unhappily. “Why are you often late?”“Every time I get to the street, I always see a sign. It says‘SCHOOL—GOSLOW' ”Peter answered.

    There are four seasons in a year in Canada. They are spring, summer, autumn and winter. In spring, the weather is warm and sunny. I like to fly kites. In summer, it's hot. I like to swim. I often wear a pair of glasses and a hat. In autumn, it's always cool. I like to go to the park and ride down the street with my friends. In winter, it's cold and snowy. I like to go outside to skate and ski with my friends. Sometimes we make a big snowman, and then we dance and sing around it.

    My name is Tim. Tomorrow is Sunday. We have no classes. My parents aren't going to work, but we are going to be very busy tomorrow. My mother is going to buy something for next week. My father is going to visit my aunt and uncle. I'm going to play computer games with my sister. We are going to have a big dinner tomorrow evening. After that we are going to the cinema. I think we are going to have a nice weekend.

He's a basketball player. Wu Bin's mother, Wang Li has long black hair. She's a cook. Wu Bin has a little puppy. He's cute. I like it, too.

    Last Sunday morning, my wife (妻子) and I had a walk in the park. We met a new couple (夫妇) there. We stopped to introduce (介绍) ourselves and have a talk happily. Then we talked about our own (各自的) neighbours. We said our neighbours were very friendly (和睦的) and kind, but they described (描述) theirs were just the opposite (相反的).

After saying goodbye, my wife and I got in our car and drove home. As we got to our house, we were surprised (惊奇的) to see our new found (新结识的) friends一the new couple just lived next to us.
