My name is Tom. Welcome to my farm. My farm is so big. There are many animals at the farm. I have 15 cows, 20 sheep, 40 hens and 10 horses. And there are many vegetables. Look at the tomatoes, potatoes, onions and carrots. They are fresh. I like my farm.

    It is Saturday afternoon. The students are in the playground. They are talking about their weekends.

    Li Mei usually has a busy weekend! On Saturday, she often goes to the park by bus. She likes running there. She often climbs on Saturday. On Sunday, sometimes she does housework after lunch. She can clean the rooms and wash the clothes. Then, in the evening, she often watches cartoons.

    Liu Tao usually plays football with his friends at weekends. He sometimes goes to the park with his family. They usually fly a kite and have a picnic there.

    Mr Smith has a farm. His farm is very big. On his farm, he has sixteen cows, twelve horses fifteen pigs and thirteen ducks. There are nine hens and eleven chicks, too. Look, the cows are eating grass. The grass is green. They are fresh(新鲜的). But the horses don't like grass. They like eating hay. The hay is yellow. They are dry, too. What are the pigs doing? They are sleeping in the hey. They are big and fat. They go "Oink, Oink..." They look lovely. I like pink pigs very much. But I don't like black pig.

    There are four seasons in a year. Spring begins first. Summer is the second. Then it's fall. Winter is the last season in a year. In China, the weather is not the same in winter. In Harbin, it's very cold. It often snows. People can play with snow and they must wear coats. But in Hainan, it's not cold. It's very warm. People there can go to swim in the sea.

    Tom, Sue and John are good friends. They study in the same school. But they are not in the same class. Tom's birthday is on 21st February, next Sunday. Sue and John want to give him a big surprise (惊喜) on his birthday. They talk about it after school.

    Tom likes playing sport very much. He usually goes to the sports club on Sunday. So Sue and John can go to Tom's house and get ready for the party with Tom's parents on that day.

    On Sunday morning, they go to the supermarket to buy (买) some food, fruit and drinks. It is study afternoon now, Sue is making the cake. And John is making a model plane for Tom. Tom is very happy when he comes home.
