Do you like to get emails? Do you like writing? Then you may like to have or be a pen pal!

Having a pen pal is a great way to learn. It helps us improve our writing. It is also a good way to learn about a new culture.

Maybe you want to have pen pals from the USA, Australia or other countries. This can help you study a foreign language(外语). I would like to have a pen pal from Canada because I am interested in it.

Having a pen pal can also make a new friend. Share your ideas when you feel happy or sad. When your pen pal shares his or her feelings, you should listen to him or her, give some advice and make him or her glad.

Writing should be fun! So write an email and send it to your pen pal.

I like travelling by train. I think trains are safe. Railways stations are usually in cities. When you are l{#blank#}3{#/blank#} for a train, you can catch another one. You can walk around in the train and open the window. You can see many interesting things on your way, too.

In China，there are 24 solar terms in one year which help people understand different seasons.The first solar term is called "Lichun"or "the Beginning of Spring".The date of Lichun is always on February 3rd，4th，or 5th，mostly（大部分）on February 4th."Lichun"means the weather is getting warmer and plants are beginning to grow after winter.Chinese people usually celebrate it to welcome spring.At Lichun，in some parts of the country，people make a special kind of food named Spring Pancakes.They put different kinds of vegetables in the pancakes.In other parts，people eat a kind of fried food called Spring Rolls.People think that eating these foods will earn a year of happiness and good luck.If it's warm and sunny，families and friends often get together on this day for a picnic in the sunshine.

"I feel a bit ‘emo'." Do you often hear people say this these days? "Emo" is short for "emotional(有情绪的)". It means someone has big

feelings. Usually, they are bad ones, such as anger, worry, or sadness. 

Everyone has bad feelings from time to time. You may feel upset when you get a low score(分数) on an exam. You may feel lonely after having a quarrel(争吵) with your friends. The emotions build up. At some point, they explode(爆炸). Boom! They make you shout and cry. You may not want to eat, speak, or play. What should you do?

Hey, don' t forget that you are the master(主人) of your emotions. Here are some ways to deal with your bad emotions.

Breathing: Imagine that you smell a flower, then blow(吹) up a  balloon. Keep doing it and you can calm down.

Moving: Do some exercise, such as jumping and running.   Sweating(流汗) helps you relax.

Hugging: Hug(拥抱) your parents, pets, or your teddy bear. They can make you feel safe and relaxed(放松的).

Talking: Talk to your friends about your worries.

Drawing: Paint your feelings with your colour pens.
