Healthy eating doesn't just mean what you eat, but how you eat it. Here is some advice （建议） for you.

Eat breakfast. Breakfast is the most important （重要的） meal of the day. Your body. needs food to start a day after the long rest. You will be smarter after eating breakfast.

Eat dinner early. In our everyday life, we are always busy with work, so we eat late. Try to eat dinner 3 hours before you go to bed. If you eat early, your body will have a longer time to digest the food before you go to bed.

Eat healthy snacks （零食）. It's a good idea to eat healthy snacks, like fruit, nuts or cheese between your meals. But too many snacks are not good.

Eat with others. It can help you to eat slowly and happily. You'll feel the food is more delicious if you usually eat with your parents and friends. Remember: don't talk with your mouth full.

I'm sally, an eight-year-old girl. I eat many foods every day. I often have bread and milk for breakfast. I have rice and some vegetables for lunch at school. I have tomatoes, noodles and juice for dinner. I like apples, too. Some apples are red, some are green. I like eating the red ones because they are beautiful. Oh, it's six p.m. now. I'm hungry. I'd like some noodles and an apple for supper this time.

Zibo barbecue(淄博烧烤)

Zibo is a city in China's Shandong province(省 ). Its barbecue is veryfamous. People choose different kinds of meat and vegetables to cook. And  they put special sauces(调味汁) on the barbecue. This makes it very tasty. Many people like the barbecue.

Tianshui malatang(天水麻辣烫)

Tianshui is a nice place in Gansu province. Its malatang is really  delicious. It has lots of ingredients(食材). We use chopsticks to eat it. Tianshui malatang is spicy(辣). And we can choose the level of spiciness(辣度) we like.

No one really knows exactly how,when,or where fortune cookies（幸运饼）were invented. One thing is for sure,though. Fortune cookies are not from China. They were created in America. Actually,they may have been inspired by Chinese or Japanese food. Some people think that fortune cookies are like mooncakes,small Chinese cakes with messages inside. Others believe that fortune cookies are similar to a traditional Japanese rice cookie that once had a fortune inside it. 

Fortune cookies are so popular that two American cities,San Francisco and Los Angeles,fought over the right to be the"home"of the fortune cookie. In 1983，a trial（审判）was held to decide where the fortune cookie came from. One side argued for David Jung,founder of the Hong Kong Noodle Company in Los Angeles. He said that he has invented the fortune cookie in 1918. The other side argued the cookie was invented by Makoto Hagiwara,a man who ran（运营）the Japanese Tea Garden in San Francisco in the 1890s. In the end,Hagiwara won the trial. 

This was no surprise,because the trial was held in San Francisco. People in Los Angeles later held their own trial and decided that their city was the home of the fortune cookie. No matter where fortune cookies are from,it is hard to imagine finishing a meal of Chinese food without opening this sweet,crunch（脆的）cookie and reading its luck message. 

There is a nature park beside Ben's house. Its name is Rainbow Nature Park. It is big and nice. You can take a walk in it. Ben often plays football with his friends there. There is a lake and lots of trees and flowers in the park. The water in the lake is very clean. You can go boating on the lake, and you can go fishing by the lake, too. But you cant swim in it. There are many benches （长椅）in the park. If you are tired, you can sit down and have a rest. You can read books there, but you can^,t stand on them. There are some very good restaurants in the park. If you are hungry, you can eat there.
