China has many delicious noodles. Zhajiangmi an is one of the"Top Ten(前十) Noodles in China". It is a delicious food from Beijing. But you can also eat it in Xi'an, Tianjin, Shanghai and other cities. There is brown zhajiang sauce(酱), carrots and other fresh vegetables in zhajiangmian. It tastes a little hot but delicious. We make the sauce with meat and beans. Before we begin eating, we often put the sauce on the noodles.
