Hello, I am Jenny. I study in an English school. I study seven subjects at school. In the morning we have math. English, science and music classes. In the afternoon we have P.E. and art classes. We also study Chinese. I like Chinese and art. I can draw well. But I don't like sciences. After class, I play games with my classmates(同学). Look! We are playing basketball now!

Hello there, I'm Sarah. Today（今天）is my brother Sam's birthday. He is five years old. When it's seven o'clock, we make some food with one orange, two apples and three bananas. After that, my grandparents（祖父母）, parents, baby sister and I all say "Happy birthday" to him. Sam is really happy! We buy（买）a big birthday cake for him too.

Sam cuts the cake into six pieces（块）. He wants one more piece for our dog. He thinks we should have seven pieces. But Dad says dogs don't eat cakes. Our baby sister can't eat the cake too. So, we have six pieces! We all have fun!

Have a Weekend on the Farm

Mary's grandparents live in the countryside. Mary and her parents sometimes visit them at the weekend. It takes about one hour to go from the city to the countryside by car.

There are many interesting things to do on the farm. Mary likes to feed the rabbits and collect eggs for Grandma. Her favourite thing is to look for eggs in the grass. She is always very excited when she finds one. Mary also helps Grandpa cut grass to feed horses. In autumn, Mary picks apples to feed the cows. The cows love apples. The milk is fresh and healthy.

Mary's dad likes to fish by the river. He is quite good at fishing and always can catch some. Grandma cooks the fish for them. It's always great and tasty. Mary's mum likes to take long walks in the fields. She enjoys the fresh air and the greenery(绿色植物).Mary's grandparents always cook a chicken for them. Mary and her parents help Grandpa catch the chicken. They run after the chicken and laugh a lot.

Mary's family always has great fun on the farm at the weekend.
