There will be an activity (活动) about green life in our school next week.

I wake up at six in the morning. Dad is putting the cows and sheep onto the trucks. Mom is putting my favorite milk food and some dried meat (肉干) in a bag. We will start driving to another past ure (牧场). We won't forget to take our yurt(毡房) with us!

 My family moves like this four times every year. It's a tradition (传统) of the Kazak people in Altay, Xinjiang. We have about 100 sheep and 40 cows. We move to different places as the seasons change. So, our animals can always have fresh grass to eat.

 Kazak people have been traveling this way for thousands of years. In the past, it took people about ten days to get from one place to another. If it rained or snowed, traveling was even harder. Luckily, now we have trucks. It only takes us five hours on the road! And as we move from place to place, our lives keep getting better and better.

Music helps us exercise--but why does it have this effect? Experts say there are two main reasons. 

The first is simple: music takes our attention away. When we listen to a song we like, our 66focus on the music. {#blank#}1{#/blank#} , after we exercise for 20 minutes, our body might be tired. But we may not feel this immediately because we are listening to music. So we can exercise a little longer{#blank#}2{#/blank#}. 

Music also makes us want to move. When we {#blank#}3{#/blank#} in bed and hear dance music, we naturally start to move to the beat. A positive song also puts us in a good mood, so we feel much more {#blank#}4{#/blank#} . This gives us energy and helps us exercise longer. Music with a quick and continuing beat is good for exercising. 

 "But the music shouldn't be too fast, "says Dt. Costas, a famous sports expert. {#blank#}5{#/blank#} , songs in the range of 120-140 beats per minute (BPM) are the best. 

What if you don't know how to study well? The Feynman Technique might help you. It's a study method that helps students learn by teaching others. 

The Feynman Technique has been one of the best study methods for years. For one thing, it helps students really understand something instead of just memorizing information. Different from traditional study methods like re-reading textbooks or reviewing notes, it gets students to be more active in the learning process. 

If you want to use the Feynman Technique to study better, follow these steps. 

To begin with, choose a topic you want to learn. If not, you'll end up jumping between the topics without developing a deeper understanding of any of them. 

The second step is the heart of the Feynman Technique: explaining the topic simply enough to be understood by a sixth-grade student. This requires you to help the child understand by using the simplest and clearest language. This step helps divide indigestible topics into their most basic parts. 

Next, review your explanation and try to find any area where you felt that you couldn't explain the topic simply. When possible, it can be very helpful to get advice from someone whose understanding is similar to that of a sixth-grader. 

The fourth step is to improve your explanation using the information collected from the third step. 

Finally, repeat the steps. The Feynman Technique works best with repetition, and that is why going through all the prior (先前的) steps just once is usually not enough to fully understand the topic.

I often hear some students say English is difficult and gives them a headache. So they can't learn it well. But English is very easy for me. {#blank#}1{#/blank#} I'm very glad to tell you something about how I study English. 

{#blank#}2{#/blank#} When I was in Grade Three, we had a new subject— English. It was new to me. I was interested in it, so I worked hard at it. Soon we had an English exam and I got a very good mark. How happy I was!{#blank#}3{#/blank#} Our English teacher often teaches us English songs, and the songs sound nice. I often think how interesting English is!
