A lot of primary schools in China are doing something to improve naptime conditions (午休条件)for students.

Recently, Dongxing Experimental Primary School in Quanzhou, Fujian, is popular on the Internet. Why? Because the school uses adjustable(可调整的) sleep desks to help students have a better nap. With a simple turn of a knob(旋钮), desks become comfortable beds. In this way, students can rest in a proper way.

Longteng Primary School in Zhengzhou, Henan, is another example. At school, there are some unused classrooms. These classrooms are now naptime rooms with beds and pillows.

For classroom usage, Tianqi Primary School in Wuhan, Hubei, is planning to make unused indoor sports fields and activity rooms future nap spaces. Teachers in Tianqi said, "Students are excited to hear this news. They are looking forward to having a comfortable place to rest."

In the town of Chashan, Liling, Hunan, Meixia Wanquan Primary School plays an important role for a great number of left-behind children who live too far away to return home for a nap. An organization gave them 130 folding beds to make sure every child could have a proper nap.

The new way of napping at school is not only comfortable but also good for health. Medical experts warn, "If students take naps with their face down, it will increase(增加)their eye pressure and finally lead to some eye problems. The lying-down way of napping addresses these worries, and protects the children's health."

I wanted to find out how the children in my class help at home so I did a class survey（调查） . First, I chose four typical chores. Then I asked 5 boys and 7girls the questions and got their answers. I showed the results in two different ways: first, in our pie chart （饼图） and then on a bar chart （柱状图） .

You must know the story of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, but do you know the names of the seven dwarfs?

Doc looks the oldest and is always thought as the head of the group. He wears glasses and always thinks up good ideas.

{#blank#}2{#/blank#} has the biggest nose and he gets unhappy with others easily as his name says. He dislikes Snow White. But he is the first to save her from danger. 

 {#blank#}3{#/blank#} is the fattest. He laughs a lot and always looks on the good side of things. 

{#blank#}4{#/blank#} looks the youngest and has no bear d at all. He doesn't speak, but he is funny and everyone loves him. 

Bashful is a shy but kind friend. He often covers (盖) his mouth with his hands when Snow White is around.

Sneezy has an allergy (过敏) to flowers, so he's always sneezing (打喷嚏). He is hard- working and always there for his friends.

 Achievements(成就) isn't easy. In fact, you will never feel a sense of achievement from doing something that is easy for you. 

 The first time I climbed a mountain that was more than 5, 000 meters high, it was terribly difficult: I was cold, I felt sick, and I couldn't eat. But I kept on and achieved my goal. It was great! The second time I climbed a higher mountain, since I was better prepared, it was not as difficult, and {#blank#}1{#/blank#} . 

 Yet the more difficult it is to achieve the goal, the more you have to love it and have a passion(热情) for it in order to reach it. Passion sets apart the people who love their work from the people who suffer through their work. 

 The American psychologist Angela Duckworth has studied people who are successful — swimming champions, CEOs, and {#blank#}2{#/blank#} , which is the ability to keep on even with failure and hardship. 

 But courage is not just something that some people are born with and some people aren't. It comes from passion. If you want to be successful, you need to find the thing that you have a passion for and hold on with it. Just try as many things as you can as early as possible, and{#blank#}3{#/blank#}. 

 Most of us would feel a lot more satisfaction doing something we have a passion for than something we don't. And {#blank#}4{#/blank#} , whether it's winning a spelling competition or an Olympic medal — or climbing a mountain that's higher than any you've climbed before.
