Failure (失败) is what often happens. It is everywhere in our life. Students may fail in exams, scientists may fail in their research work and players may fail in competitions. Failure happens to everyone. Different people's attitudes (态度) towards failure are different.
Some people don't think that their failure is an important thing at all. So they pay no attention to it. As a result, they will have the same failure later. Some will fall in low spirits when they don't do well in the work. They usually lose heart and no longer (不再) work hard as before. Then they spend their time and energy on useless things. So they have nothing to do, but feel sad and empty all day and all night. In fact, they lose the chance of success.
But most people take an active attitude towards failure. They encourage themselves to be self-confident. They find out and analyze (分析) the reasons of failure so that they will no longer make similar mistakes. They take a lesson from every failure and become more experienced. They will be successful after hard work in the end. Even great men have failed many times before they succeed. So we should deal with our failure rightly.
Now for me, I always find better ways to improve myself after I fail. But in the past, I didn't pay much attention to failure. So I always did things poorly.
