Anger(生气)is a kind of feeling. your teacher gives you too much homework; a friend borrows your favourite toy and then breaks it.
For example, your face turns red, and you may want to break something. But sometimes you hide(隐藏)your anger. For example, you may hide it in your heart. And then you may get a headache(头疼)or your stomach(胃)may hurt. It's not good to hide your anger. And anger can't hurt others.
When you get angry, you can talk about it with other people. When you talk, those bad feelings can start to go away.
