Hi, everybody. My name is Alice. I have worked as an airhostess(空 姐) for China Eastern Airlines for five years. I have some useful tips for you on taking flights.

    All passengers must arrive at the airport two hours before the departure time. You have much time to check everything. If you have never been to another country, don't forget to take your passports, air tickets and your suitcases with you.

    Have you got your boarding card(登机牌) yet? You must get it as soon as you arrive at the airport. Have you checked your suitcases and put name tags on them?

    If the suitcases are too heavy, you can find a trolley(推车). Have you exchanged(兑换) some US dollars? If not, there are a few banks at the airport.

    You can also have a meal at a restaurant before boarding. When you want to go upstairs, you can take the escalator.

Autumn is a good season to do sports, because in summer it is too hot. But what you feel is quite dif-ferent from what your body feels. Your body works more slowly, so it is easy for you to be hurt(伤害)when doing sports. Here is some advice.

Drink water. It is often very dry in autumn and your body loses water easily. So it is good to drink500mlof water two hours before you exercise. But be careful you cannot drink water as soon as(一旦)you finish your exercise. Just do it about 15 minutes after that.

Warm up your body. Before you do any sport, remember to do some warming-up activities such as walking or morning exercises to get your body ready for the sport.

Have outdoor activities. It is cool outside your door and the air is much better. So outdoor activities like climbing the hills, riding the bike and running or jogging are much fun. These can help you lose more fat, get you relaxed(放松) and help you work well.

Do not eat too much after the sport. If you cannot control your mouth, it is better not to do any sport. You can have some fruit or vegetables if you really want to eat something.

The Communist Youth League of China(CYLC中国共产主义青年团) was born in May 1922. It is 102 years old this year. Almost every year in May, hundreds of teenagers get together at Tuanyida Square in Guangzhou. {#blank#}1{#/blank#}

 On December 4th,UNESCO(联合国教科文组织) added Spring Festival to the Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity(人类非物质文化遗产名录). This great honor shows that Spring Festival is becoming1 popular around the world.

 Spring Festival used to be celebrated mainly in China, by about one-fifth of the2 population. In recent years, a" Spring Festival fever"3 abroad. Celebrations, such as traditional dragon and lion dances and temple fairs,4 around the world. These events allow people from different cultural backgrounds 5 a taste of traditional Chinese culture. Now we can even see some foreigners post their vlogs online to show6 they spend Spring Festival with their Chinese friends. They say that the festival provides them with the joy of togetherness.
