Li Qiang and Li Gang are brothers. But their living habits(习惯) are different. Now let's go to Li Qiang's room. Li Qiang cleans his bedroom every day and puts his things away. Look! There is a computer on the desk. There are two footballs under the bed. A guitar and a kite are on the wall. Some books are on the shelf. So he must be a careful boy. Now let's go to Li Gang's room. The room is not clean. There are some books on the floor. Can we see his clothes on the desk? Oh, yes. We can also see a football and a knife on the desk. Li Gang never does any cleaning. So his room is  in a mess(混乱).

    What do you think of Li Qiang and Li Gang? I think Li Qiang is a good boy. Li Gang must learn from his brother.

I'm Peter. Last year I studied English in a beautiful city named Bristol in the {#blank#}1{#/blank#} (西部) of England. On the evening of the first day, I took a walk along the street alone after dinner.

I had walked for several hours, passing by some  {#blank#}2{#/blank#}(街区), and got to the beach before I  {#blank#}3{#/blank#} (意识到) it was eleven o'clock. The sky was getting  {#blank#}4{#/blank#} (阴沉). I began to feel worried, so I tried to find a bus stop. By the time I found one, the last bus had left. I didn't take much money with me, so it was impossible for me to take a taxi. I was wondering what to do when it  {#blank#}5{#/blank#} (突然) began to rain. Although it was still summer, I felt a bit cold because I just wore a shirt. This was my first day in the city and now I was caught in the rain."What bad luck!"I thought to myself.

I was  {#blank#}6{#/blank#}(站立) against a tree when a black car passed by. And then a middle-aged man got out. He asked me  {#blank#}7{#/blank#}(是否) I needed any help or not. I told him what had happened to me. The man was really kind and believable. He offered to take me to my host family. On the way, he  {#blank#}8{#/blank#}(介绍) many interesting places in Bristol and advised me to visit them. What's more, we became  {#blank#}9{#/blank#} (朋友) and I was invited to have dinner at his home one day. My bad  {#blank#}10{#/blank#}(运气) unexpectedly turned into a good thing.

It was Saturday. After dinner, Mary would like to see a film with her 1 . But her mother said, "Could you please do the dishes, Mary? I have to go to 2 your brother."

I'm Lucy from New York. But now I'm in Beijing with my parents. They are doctors and they love their jobs. I am a student and I love my school, too. School is a good place for me. I can do many things there.

I can learn a lot at school. I learn Chinese, math, science and English every day. Also, I can have fun at school. I often listen to music with my classmates. Sometimes, I talk about favorite movies and TV shows with them.

But sometimes I am not happy at school because there are too many activities and they always make me tired.

 School is like my second family, and my classmates are like my brothers and sisters. The school is really a big and happy family.

Everybody has his or her own hero in mind and is always trying to learn from the hero in life. As for me, my 1 is just that man. My grandfather had a small 2 . He also worked in a factory(工厂).

Sometimes, when I want to 15 keeping my words, I'd see my grandfather cutting corn in the light of the harvest moon. Behind him, corn straws(麦秆) stand at attention in respect(尊敬) for a man who keeps his word.
