It was the last day of my summer holiday in Spain. I was staying with my family in the south of Spain. It was a very nice 1 with lots to see, such as a very big castle（城堡）and a very interesting museum. Every morning before we 2 our busy day, I would get up early and go to the market to buy fresh fruit and vegetables. 3 I became friends with the market traders who were 4 to see me and greeted（打招呼）me with friendly smiles. So, on that day I had my camera with me and I asked some market traders to stand 5 for a photo. "Of course!" they replied. And they got 6 for me to take the photo. I was looking 7 my camera and walking backwards when suddenly, I 8 to the ground and at the same time knocked a stall（货摊）over. All the produce（农产品）went flying into the air and fell on top of 9 . But it wasn't fruit. It was hundreds of very small 10 and they were all over me. I was very dirty. 

I went red as a beetroot（脸涨得通红）! Everyone in the market burst out laughing which made me very 11 at first. But in the end, I saw the funny 12 of it and started laughing too. I gave the man at the fish stall my 13 , and he took a photo of me covered in fish. I laugh every time I look at that 14 and I don't think it was a very 15 experience at all. 

That day was a very good day. The volunteers who visited an orphanage(孤儿院) now became the best friends each

other. The four persons were Li Hui, the reporter of Jing Newspaper, Zhao Qiang and Huang Jian, reporters of Chongqing Television Station, and me. 

According to our experience of driving in the disaster area, it would be OK to drive in the morning, but the road was dangerous in the afternoon. So this morning we got offat 6:00 am. It is about 40 kilometers aim place. It would take not  more than one hour normally. However, because of poor road conditions, we tried twice but failed to go through. We had to stop driving to wait for road repairing. It was very dangerous to park on the road in the mountain. To be honest, my    experience in the disaster area were over load(超负荷). I almost couldn't stand. But one thing had been supporting me, I had been very grateful to have such a chance to help the people of disaster area, to have such a chance to share my love.  When we took two vehicles(卡车) supplies to the orphanage, the leader of the orphanage Mr. Lang with 31 children was too excited to say anything. 

When you look at me now, you won't believe that I once weighed over 300 pounds. Yes, I used to be a really 1 girl. I never worried about it until I had a medical examination one day. 

The doctor told me that I was having heart trouble. He said it would be 2 if I could lose some weight. Then I decided to make a 3 .

After a year and five months, I lost 104 pounds. I didn't have any expensive food, medical treatment or camp- style exercise. So what was the secret to my 4 ?

First, I looked through the Internet for some 5 on losing weight. Of course, I saw many advertisements(广告), but I bought nothing. The only thing I did was change my bad6 . I stopped having drinks with too much sugar and 7 my love for sweet cakes. Now I have got used to eating a lot of green vegetables and using vegetable oil only. I 8 eat after 6:30 p. m. because it's unhealthy to have a late dinner. Also, I 9 for 15 to 20 minutes five days a week to keep fit. 

People sometimes say, " You don't need to tell me what to do. I've known it already!" The fact is that knowing what to do and doing what you know are completely 10 . The important thing is to know what to do and then keep doing it. 

Once upon a time, there was a king. He always worried about what might happen, the future. One day, the king noticed a cobbler（修鞋匠）. Although he wore ragged（破旧的）clothes, he was very happy. Why could he smile so brightly? The king decided to find out the reason. 

The next day, the king dressed in rags and followed the cobbler home. 

"Please, sir, can you give some food to me?" asked the king. 

"Of course," said the cobbler. 

"Why are you so happy?"

"Today I made enough money by repairing shoes to buy the bread."

"But what will happen if you don't make enough money for food tomorrow?"

"I have confidence. Everything will be fine."

This touched the king. But he wondered what would happen if the cobbler couldn't make enough money. So the next day, the king didn't allow anyone to repair shoes. The cobbler didn't know why, but he wasn't sad. Whenhe saw some villagers trying to carry water home, he helped them and got a little money from them. 

That evening the king went to the coobler's house again. The cobbler was having soup and smiling. 

"How could you pay for the food today?" asked the king. 

"I made money by helping the villagers carry water," said the cobbler. "But what will you do tomorrow?"

"I have confidence. Everything will be fine."

"Your confidence has driven away my fear about the future. Thank you." said the king.
