 Do you know the Silver Flower Silk(银丝花)? It's a1 handmade made work of art which has been passed down for more than 1700 years. The Silver Flower Silk Craft(工艺) is divided into the north style and the south style. Beijing stands for the north style,2 Chengdu stands for the south style. The south style, which still keeps the natural color of silver, was a very popular3 among collectors after the 20th century.

 Dao An is the only inheritor(传承人) who has 4 the full set of the Silver Flower Silk Craft. For more than 40 years, she has made efforts to 5 Chinese culture at home and abroad.

 Born in 1962, Dao An became 6 in drawing from childhood. Since junior high school, she had taken school subjects during the day and studied 7 at a night school. In 1980, she received a job 8 a Silver Flower Silk Craft Company. Because of her excellent painting ability, she began to9 Silver Flower Silk works on her own. However, she was not satisfied with them. In order to make better Silver Flower Silk works, Dao An had been studying hard for more than ten years.10 , she has become one of the very few masters of the Silver Flower Silk Craft in China.
