It is a sunny day, and my parents and I go to Qingcun town (镇). It is a town with a long 1  and where my mother was born. She misses her hometown very much, so during the Spring Festival vacation, we 2  it. 

There is an old street in Qingcun town named Qingxi Old Street. When we walk on the street, we 3  a store which sells handmade cups. What an 4  store! I am so happy because not only do I get a new cup, but I can also 5  pictures on the cup myself. 

I'm proud of my drawing skill and quickly, without any 6 , draw a red plum (红梅) and a mountain on the cup. My mother thinks it is beautiful and takes many 7 . The shop assistant tells us the cup will be ready in two weeks and she will 8 it to us.

I wear a traditional 9 during the trip. It is red and glittering. In Chinese culture, red means auspicious (吉祥样的). I like my dress, my mother's hometown and the pleasant trip. I 10 to come back to Qingcun again. Maybe I can make another cup.

It is a long time since the story happened to me. And it is an unforgettable 1 for me. On a cold winter afternoon, I was walking home from a supermarket. My shopping bags were so 2 that I decided to stop to have a rest. Then I noticed a man walking out of a restaurant in front of me. He was holding a paper bag in his hand. He walked to a nearby dustbin (垃圾桶) and started looking 3 it.

Seeing this, I suddenly felt 4 . What a poor man he was! I knew the man would take all he could get from the dustbin, so I went up to him and gave him some 5 . The man, with wrinkles (皱纹) on his face, looked up in surprise and took what I gave him.

A big smile appeared on his face. Then he said, "Wow! First someone gave me this sandwich, then this drink, and now you gave me some delicious fruit. This is my little daughter's lucky day. I am sure 6 will be very happy. Thank you, boy!" Then he went away, singing a song 7 .

Just then, I understood what the saying "Giving is getting" really meant. Everyone in the world needs help, everyone will offer help and everyone will be 8 by others. Giving sometimes doesn't 9 much, but it means a lot to the people who you help. The man's 10 face at that moment comes into my mind every time when I help others. Then I can feel the bright happiness from the bottom of my heart.

An old woman has an old cat. The cat can't run quickly or bite（咬）. The old woman doesn't take the old cat out for a walk or give it good food. The old cat always lies under the chair and doesn't want to move. 

Suddenly the cat sees a mouse（老鼠）in the house. So it jumps and catches the mouse. But it can't kill（杀死）the mouse because its teeth are bad. So the mouse runs away quickly. The old woman sees that and becomes angry. She begins to hit the cat and shouts，"Get out!Get out!"The cat doesn't go away but says to the old woman"Don't hit me. I have worked for you for many years. Now I still work for you. But I'm old and can't kill the mouse like before. Don't be rude（粗鲁的）to the old. Think about how much I did for you when I was young. "

On a sunny afternoon, we decided to visit a place where nature' s beauty spread out like a colorful blanket. As we walked through the gates, we couldn't help but notice how the flowers and greenery attracted everyone's {#blank#}1{#/blank#}（注意). The grass was green and the flowers {#blank#}2{#/blank#}(闻) sweet.

The {#blank#}3{#/blank#}（花园）were filled with people. Different activities {#blank#}4{#/blank#}（牵涉） picnicking and playing games under the shade of the trees. Everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves, smiling and laughing politely at each other 's jokes .

One of the highlights of the day was the {#blank#}5{#/blank#}（耐心的）guide. He told us stories about the history of the place and its {#blank#}6{#/blank#}（习俗), making the facts interesting. As we walked {#blank#}7{#/blank#}（沿着）the paths, we found a small board that explained its meaning and the artist who created it. We {#blank#}8{#/blank#}（躺) down on the grass nearby, taking in the fresh air and the beauty as well .

It was more than just a relaxing afternoon ; it was an experience that left us with {#blank#}9{#/blank#}（回忆) that would last a lifetime. And we couldn't help but feel a deeper connection to the {#blank#}10{#/blank#}(传统) of our town .We can also raise money for the homeless.

①We all want to have great parties on our birthdays. But it's not easy to have a great party. Let me tell you how to have a great party. 

②We need to have it on the right day. If your friends or classmates are busy on that day, some of them will not come to your party. Saturday and Sunday are good days for a party because the students don't go to school. You can have your party on Saturday afternoon. It's OK to have it on Sunday afternoon, too. 

③You need to invite(邀请) your friends and classmates to your party. Tell them when and where you have the party. If you have the party on Saturday, you need to tell them on Thursday. Then they can have time to prepare(准备) a present for you. 

④Think about games for the party. If your friends and classmates like playing games at the party, you need to think about proper(合适的) games. The games need to be easy and fun for your friends and classmates. Then you can have a good time at the party.
