On a Friday night, apoor young violinist was playing the violin at the entrance (入口) of the subway station. The music was so great that people put somemoney into his hat.

The next day, theviolinist came to the entrance again. He put down his hat as usual. Beside thehat was a piece of paper with some words on it: "A George Sang has put animportant thing into my hat by mistake. Welcome to claim (认领) it. "After a while a man named George Sang ran here quicklyand got back his important thing.

The important thingwas a lottery ticket (彩票). Sang bought it andwon a prize of $500, 000. But when he gave $50 to the violinist for hiswonderful music, he threw the lottery ticket, too. The violinist was a collegestudent. That morning, he was going to Vienna for his education. However, whenhe found the ticket, he cancelled the flight and returned to the entrance.

He said, "AlthoughI don't have much money, I live happily. If I lose honesty (诚实) , I won't be happy forever. "

It's not an easy thing to speak out how we really feel sometimes. An English teacher from Fremont, California thought of a creative * way to help her students express their feelings. 

Erin Castillo is a special education * teacher. She made a "mental health checklist(心理健康诉查表)"for her students. The checklist asks kids if they are "Great", "OK", "Meh", "Struggling(挣扎)" "Having a hard time" or "In a really dark place". Each student needs to write his name on the back of the paper and put it in the section describing how he is feeling. If he puts it in the "Struggling" section, he knows he should talk with friends or parents. If he is "Having a hard time" or "In a real dark place", Castillo will talk with him. Also, Castillo made a table for "Coffee Time" Students can sit it at the table and work quietly and independently *. They can listen to music, have a snack or enjoy some "me-time". "It is important for teachers to create a classroom where students feel safe to communicate with others, "Castillo said. 

Hanfu has become popular again these years. A growing number of young people in China start to {#blank#}1{#/blank#}(wear) the traditional (传统的)Han Chinese clothing. The style (样式) has even interested some foreigners. One of them is Jack,a young man from Brazil.

 Jack lives in Xi'an. Two years ago the beautiful city and {#blank#}2{#/blank#}(become) an English teacher at a primary school. "After         seeing many people wearing Hanfu in the streets, I {#blank#}3{#/blank#}(show) great interest in it and wanted to try it on {#blank#}4{#/blank#}(I). My first taste of Hanfu was the Tang style. {#blank#}5{#/blank#}is fun to wear Tang-style Hanfu," said the young man. "Today, it is still my favorite Hanfu style." Every time he puts it on, he feels as if he has traveled back to old times.

Since then, Hanfu has helped Jack learn more {#blank#}6{#/blank#}China. In the past, the only thing he knew about the country was that it had {#blank#}7{#/blank#}long history and a rich culture. But now he knows more than that. He hopes {#blank#}8{#/blank#}(share) his feelings with friends all over the world, so he begins to make short videos(视频) of himself trying on Hanfu and posts them up online in foreign countries. These videos {#blank#}9{#/blank#}(quick) become popular on the Internet. He spreads (传播)Chinese culture {#blank#}10{#/blank#}his own way.

On Oct 12, three Chinese astronauts- Chen Dong, Liu Yang and Cai Xuzhe gave a 1 class. This time, they 2 to a new classroom — the Wentian lab module (实验舱)! They showed students on the 3 around the lab. They also did some 4 experiments(实验). In the picture, Liu Yang uses a 2- meter- long straw(吸管) to drink mango juice. It's hard to do it on the earth, but Liu does it very 5 in space.

Next week our class is going to a rainforest to have a special biology class. We went online and searched for something about the 1  of plants. We are sharing the information with each other now.

Plants really 15  us a lot. By understanding the powers of plants, we can know how important plants are better. Then we will try to protect them for future uses.
