As a student, eating healthy food is good to keep our bodies strong. Here are some ways, and they may help you.

Breakfast: Start your day with a healthy breakfast. Try to drink some milk. You can also put a little sugar(糖) in it, but don' t put too much. And you also need to have an egg. It can help you to be strong. 

Lunch: For lunch, you should eat meat and vegetables. For the staple food(主食), you can eat some rice or noodles. 

Snacks: Don't eat too many candies or chocolate. You can eat healthy snacks like apple juice or some nuts(坚果).

Dinner: Same(相同的) as the lunch. But we also need to eat some fruit after dinner. 

Drink water every day and do not drink too much sweet drink like coke. It's bad for our health.
