Zhang Ming, a college student, created a 9-page "WeChat guide". With pictures and simple words, the step-by-step guide teaches people to send messages（信息）, take pictures and make video calls. Zhang made the guide for his parents. "My parents are getting old. They need an easy way to used new technologies," he said. 

Zhang's experience is common today. Around the world 40% of parents learn about new technologies from their kids. Parents used to teach kids about almost everything. Now for the first time, the teachers become the students, and the students turn into the teachers. The change of roles comes from the rapid development of the technology. The Internet gives kids ways to get more information besides from asking the older generations: So, in the age of the Internet, it's possible for kids to know more than their parents. 

According to（根据）a study, 56.7% of Internet users in China are under 30. The younger generation usually acts as a link between their family and the new environment. They teach their parents new technologies. Then their parents can better understand the new world. 

"Teaching my parents about WeChat makes me closer to them. People can communicate more by surfing the Internet. Why do we keep our parents out?" said Zhang.

One important rule is to exercise often. The Fangs try to exercise every day. Mr Fang is2 geography teacher. Because he must3 to work before seven o'clock, he can't exercise in the morning. But he runs every evening. He walks a lot, too. He walks to school every day, and after school he plays different sports4 his friends or students. Mrs Fang goes to a swimming class once a week.

"How can I help her?" Jeremy thought to himself. Then he got a good idea. Mum did    the    laundry on Saturdays. "Why don't I wash my own clothes this week?" He ran to his room to get his clothes. He put them into the washing machine(洗衣机). Finally, he closed the door and pressed the big button "START". After the washing was done, Jeremy took out the clothes. Everything seemed clean, and he felt very happy. Then he took a pink T-shirt out of the washing machine. 

Jeremy stopped. "____I don't have a pink T-shirt, " Jeremy said to himself. He reached into the washing machine to take out more clothes. There were more pink clothes! What happened?

The last thing was a bright red sock. When he picked it up, the sock turned his hand red. "The sock turns all of my white clothes pink, " Jeremy thought. He didn't mind having pink clothes. 

The next day, Jeremy wore his new pink T-shirt to breakfast. "Where did you get that T-shirt?" Mum asked. "It looks nice. " Jeremy smiled, "I made it yesterday when I washed the clothes. It was an accident(意外), but I like it. " "I like it too, " said Mum. And they began their breakfast.
