Draw a picture of your favorite place in school to win prizes （奖励）. With the picture，please write a short description （描述）

（3﹣5 sentences） to tell why you like that place best. 

Your pictures can be colored or black﹣white. Please finish and give your pictures to Mrs. Brown in Room 301 before July 6th，2022. 

You can see the winning pictures be on show outside the school hall in September.

This shopping centre has a number of shops selling outdoor goods. Don't miss the shoe stores, where you can get expert advice. You can also find camping goods, such as light weight chairs and tables, and fishing tools. Open until 10 pm on Friday and Saturday.

Smith's

You can get all you want for sports fans at this 20,000 m² of shopping centre. You simply choose what you want and pay at the automatic checkout(自动结账处). Weekly specials help you save more. Open till 10pm every day.

Holly Corner

This area of small expensive gifts is a must for customers who lovejewelry and handicrafts(珠宝和手工艺品). It will offer you a personal suggestion to help you decide on just the right gift. Free tea and cake are prepared. Open until 8 pm every day.

Newton Cross

A five-floor shopping centre, famous for theirjewehry and clothes. Goods can be returned with no questions asked, although it can be more expensive than other shops in the area. Open 10 am -10 pm every day. Parking starts at $5 a day.

Volunteer tourism means travelling somewhere to do charity（慈善） work，and is seen by many people as a more positive and cheaper way to see the world.

By choosing to volunteer during their vacations，people can do anything from teaching in Africa to protecting（保护） animals in South America.

Most volunteer travel programs are especially popular with younger travellers，but some groups like Doctors Without Borders（国界） bring people with certain skills to places where they can help most.

Volunteers enjoy visiting new countries，getting to know the local people and culture，and helping with important projects.Volunteer tourism can also be a good way to learn new skills，and it look s good on university and job applications（申请）.

However，some people see problems with volunteer tourism as it can take jobs away from local workers and give them to people who may not have the training and experience（经验）.

Those who want to try volunteer tourism should think carefully about how they can use their knowledge and skills to help others.It's also important to learn about the country they're visiting，because that will help them understand its culture.

Welcome to the Olympic Museum! Our museum is located in Lausanne, Switzerland, is the home to the world's largest and most comprehensive Olympic collection. This year, as the Olympic takes center stage, there is no better time to visit us. We offer a group tour project for students. Here's what you can expect from your visit:

1. Educational exploration: Learn about the history of the Olympic Games through objects, photos and videos. 

2. Special focus on Paris Olympics: Find out more about the 1900, 1924 and 2024 Summer Olympic Games in Paris. 

3. Interactive discussions: Take part in fun discussions with other students. These will be led by a museum educator. You will talk about the true meaning of the Olympic torch(火炬), the Paris 2024 mascots(吉祥物) and more. 

It's Sunday. Tony wants to have a picnic. At 8:30 am, Tony goes to a forest park near a river with his sisters Jane and Alice by bike.

After an hour, they get there. Tony sees some students there. Some boys have a garbage bag（垃圾袋）in their hands. A boy, Bill, comes to Tony and asks him to clean the park with them. There is some garbage. Tony is a friendly boy and he says "yes" soon.

At 10:30 am, they finish cleaning the park. Then Tony has a nice picnic with his sisters. They have milk, potato salad and hamburgers. After the picnic, Jane and Alice draw pictures and take photos. They want to fly a kite, too, but they don't have one. Later on, Alice wants to swim in the river, but Tony stops her. He says it is dangerous（危险的）to do it. Ten minutes later, it rains hard. There is much water in the river.

At about 1:00 pm, the rain stops and Tony and his sisters go home happily.
