You know an apple is healthier than candy. But how do you make changes and eat really healthy food all the time? Start here with these wonderful rules.

You can finish all of the work in less than ten minutes.

Rule 1: Eat two pounds of vegetables. Remember to eat many vegetables every day. One pound is cooked and one pound is raw. They really help you to fight against some discases(疾病) and protect your health.

Rule 2: Put an egg on your meal. The egg is a kind of wonderful food. As long as you have eggs in your fridge, you can make a healthy meal with a fried egg, or add an egg to a bowl of rice.

Rule 3: Eat a little junk food. Junk food is delicious but it is not good for our health. But it's so cheap that you may like eating too often Eating it a little can be possible.

Rule 4: Eat some desserts(甜点) every day, but not too much. Not all desserts can make you fat. Some of them are delicious and healthy. A chocolate is a kind of dessert. And it's good for you to eat a little chocolate. Be smart enough to choose some desserts and try to improve your health.

When you meet problems, whom will you ask for help? Here is the result of a survey (调查) among 3,000 middle school students. It says that students turn to different people for help in the face of difficulties.

The result shows that 36% of the students ask their parents for help. They think parents have more experience. But parents sometimes ask questions directly (直接地). This makes them uncomfortable (不舒服的). Some students turn to their classmates or friends for help. Because they have more common topics (话题) and can understand each other well. Some try to solve the problem by themselves. While some students think it's free to talk to Dr. Know about the problems. They choose to write to the newspaper and ask for help. The others just do nothing.

Here are some tips on asking for help.

Share your problems. You should explain politely, quickly and clearly when you need help.

Watch and listen to your helper. You need to write down the advice on how to solve your problem.

Remember, the better you're able to remember how to solve your problem, the less likely (可能的) you need to ask for help again.

Unhappiness won't stay for a long time, so don't think problems will catch you all the time. Instead, try to ask somebody to help with the problems and you will see the bright side.

In these years, electric (电动的) cars are popular in our daily life. But do you know the electric plane? The company Eviation made the world's first fully electric plane. The plane is called Alice. In September 2022, it made its first flight (飞行) in Washington, the US and flew in the sky for about eight minutes.

The plane can carry nine passenger (乘客) and two pilots at the same time. Also it is very quiet and makes almost no waste gases (废气). There are 21,500 small batteries (电池) on the plane. They weigh 4.000 kg, half of the plane's weight. Together, they make the plane able to fly for one to two hours.

Because it is fully electric, it is cheap to fly the plane. But it is very expensive to make the plane. So nobody knows if electric planes will be a common way to travel around in the future.

Go to school on time.

Hip-hop dancing（街舞）is popular with many young people today. They like it because they can invent their own moves. They use this dance to show their love for life. It also shows that they feel good about life, that they just want to be themselves and enjoy life, and that they are not afraid of problems. 

Hip-hop dancing has a history of more than 30 years. It first began in the 1980s in the USA. In early times, it was seen in New York and Los Angeles. At that time, many young black people often danced to the music in the streets. They used their legs, arms, heads and even shoulders to dance. Many young people still use most of these moves today. 

Hip-hop dancing became popular all over the world because of the 1983 movie Flashdance. Some people performed Hip-hop dancing in the movie. People enjoyed their performance. They began to dance like them. Then it became popular. There are two kinds of Hip-hop dancing: new school and old school. More and more young people are learning Hip-hop dancing. People believe that it is a good way to exercise their bodies, and that it is good for their health .
