Sarah is my good friend. She is an American girl. She is ten years old. She' s tall and thin. She has long orange hair, big eyes, a small nose and a small mouth. She is very pretty （漂亮的）. She likes Chinese food （食物）. She is cute. We all like her.

Beijing Opera is our national(国家的) opera. You can learn music, dance and art from it. It has a long history. Its singing comes from Anhui, Hubei, Jiangsu and Shanxi. There are four main roles(主要角色) in Beijing Opera now: Sheng, Dan, Jing and Chou. Beijing Opera shows many interesting stories, beautiful facial paintings, wonderful gestures(姿态) and fighting(打斗). 

Beijing Opera is an important part of Chinese culture. Now, more and more young people like it. And more people around the world learn about Beijing Opera.

Peter Smith is busy and kind.He works in the factory，he makes robots for selling.He works from Monday to Saturday.In the morning，he always has breakfast with his three children.After that he reads the newspapers for a while and then goes to work at eight.He starts to work at eight thirty in the morning and finishes his work at eight thirty in the evening. 

On Sundays，he always tries to stay with his children.He often plays sports with them and sometimes tells stories.His youngest（最小的） child，Mike，wants to be a factory worker，just like his father.

Snow White and Me

I have a little pet. It is a cat. It is small and white. I call it Snow White. It is one of my friends now.

Snow White is cute, and sometimes it is naughty. When it is three months old, it tears up the sofa with its claws, I am very angry. What should I do? I take a deep breath count toten and say sorry to my mum.

When it is seven months old, it eats too much and gets fat. It can't jump and run fast. I am afraid. Maybe it won't grow up, it should do more exercise. So we take it for a walk every day.

When it is one year old, we have a party for its birthday. It eats many kinds of food. But then it feels sick. I am very worried. I think it should see a vet.

It is near the Spring Festival now. Snow White is already one and a half years old. It is very cold. My mum thinks it should wear warm clothes. So we make a coat, some jeans and a hat. It is so funny. We are so happy. I love my pet Snow White.
 

 Yesterday was Sunday. Lingling visited her grandparents. Lingling washed clothes for them. She cleaned the room. She played chess with her grandpa. She went shopping with her grandma. They bought some apples, bananas, meat, milk, biscuits and some cakes. They had a good time. When she went home, she was very tired.
