The project is called "Love to Read at Home." Readers can log on(登陆)to a small program and borrow books for free. They only need to pay a delivery fee(配送费)of six yuan for one to three books. Each user can borrow up to eight books at a time for 30 days. Readers can pick from more than 20,000 books.
