Ingredients:

□so me spaghetti

□1 onion

□some beef

□2 tomatoes

□some mixed herbs

□some cheese

□6 teaspoons of oil

□1/2 bowl of tomato juice

□some pepper 

Steps of making spaghetti:  

1. Cook enough spaghetti for ten minutes.  

2. Make the meat sauce(肉酱). 

First, cut the onion into pieces. 

Next, put a little oil into a pot and add the onion pieces. 

Then, fry(油炒) the onion in the oil for a few minutes. 

After that, put some beef into the pot with the onion, fry them together for about 3 to 4 minutes. 

And then, add some tomatoes , pepper and some mixed herbs. 

Finally, add some tomato juice and cook it for half an hour.  

3. Pour the meat sauce over the boiled spaghetti in a large bowl.  

4. Put some cheese on top of it to make it more delicious.  

5. Mix all the ingredients and enjoy it.

Notice (通知) for the coming trip

Time: At 8:00 a. m. 

Place: On the playground of the school. 

Activity: Take a bus to Xiangshanhu Park. 

Remember: Don't put your hands or l heads out of the bus. 

Time: From 8:30 a. m. to 12:30 p. m. 

Place: In Xiangshanhu Park

Activities: Visit the park; Enjoy the birds and flowers; Take some photos; Go boating; Have lunch. 

Time: From 1:30 p. m. to 4:30 p. m

Place: In Zhuhai Library

Activities: Visit the library; Read some books; Make some new friends. 

Remember: The rock-climbing is just outside the library. You can have a try, but make sure to be safe. 

Time: At 4:30 p. m. 

Place: At the gate of the library

Activity: Take a bus back to school

After getting to school, you can go home with

your friends or wait for your parents to meet  you.
