As Picasso once said, "Every child is an artist. The problem is how to remain an artist once he grows up." For(多的) people, this is true. We(可能) have painted, written, or played an(乐器) as(孩子). The answer is yes, and it really (要紧). According to studies, (可能) being creative can help fight against negative emotions. It is a good (方法) to build problem-solving skills, and convey(表达) a (信息) of being confident. One study even found that creative people (活) longer because their brains are more active.
How can you become more creative? Try taking a child's way. Pull out a (笔记本) or a piece of paper and (仅仅) draw or paint, with no goal in (脑海). This gets all (种类) of connections in the brain working. Or you can get some exercise in the (早晨). A study discovered that a tired mind can be a more creative mind. So, hit the gym, go for a running (比赛) or climb a (山), and then sit down to try something new.
