Things change so quickly! I'm now in hospital recovering from liver failure. I regret take those weight-loss pills. They contain a harmful chemical that is caused my liver to fail. The pills were going to complete destroy my liver if I continued taking it. My mother insisted sending me to the hospital, when I received good treatment.

It was a really painful experience, but I'm feeling better now. I follow my doctor's advices and exercise for at least half an hour every day ( but I seldom go to the gym!) and ate a lot of fruit and vegetables. People should love their bodies. My mother is right: don't damage your healthy for a slim and attractive figure. It isn't worth it. We shouldn't be ashamed of the way we look, shall we?

Yesterday my friend Julia and me had lunch in the Pizza Hut behind our school. I knew Julia wasn't crazy about pizzas, but she came along just because me. At the table next to ours, there were two guys from our class. One of them was real funny. He tried to imitate all the customer in the Pizza Hut. We couldn't stop to laughing. And there were some people whom did not like the fact that two boys were imitating them. They complained to an owner of the Pizza Hut, so he came over and tell them to stop. I went to Mount Tai with one of my friends. Mount Tai is famous as the green mountains. When they arrived at the destination by the bus, we caught sight of many mountains by looking through the mist. Mount Tai was just like sleeping baby at that time. That impressed me most was the sunrise on Mount Tai. Stood on the top of the mountain, I see the sunshine giving out in all directions. Last year I went to the seaside to spending my summer holiday with my family. We stayed there for about two week. The weather was much hotter than in my hometown, but I got used to it or felt not so bad. Every morning, I got up early than my parents and went for breakfast ahead of the time. Then I went to the beach and talked with John, my new friend whom I come across on my first morning there. John was warm-heart and he seemed to be very familiar to the seaside village. A Molotov cocktail, what is also known as a petrol bomb or a bottle bomb, sometime shortened as Molly, refers to a variety of bottle-based weapons. It is a breakable glass bottle where a burnable substance, for example petrol or alcohol with some oil adding, could be found. In 1939, the Finnish people invent this name to laugh at Molotov, an officer from the Soviet Union, when the two countries were not at the peace. Molotov cocktails are easy to make, but they have been widely used by street criminals, protesters, or even soldiers who search weapons. We are primarily intended to burn rather than completely destroy targets. Interesting, Molotov cocktails also appear frequently in video game such as PUBG, Game for Peace, Call of Duty, and so on.
