Last night, when watched the annual Ten People Who Moved Chinese the Most in the CCTV, I learn some deeds of helping the poor children. It makes me have a firm belief what there are still many kind but generous people around us. It is common believed that many children in the remote mountainous areas of our country have few opportunity to receive education for various reasons. Now that we have the chance receive a good education, we should treasure them. As far as I'm concerned about, if we are friendly and help each other, we can live harmonious and happy life together.

    I'm writing to tell you about a food poisoning accident. Several days ago, my neighbor ate a bag of food buying from the market. After the meal, they had stomachaches and their faces turn pale. Lucky, one of their friends found the accident and immediately called an ambulance, which carried them quickly to a hospital. After several hours' treatment they finally escaped of death.

    As some businessmen are only interested in making money to become rich quickly, we seldom care about the necessary safety measures or which happens to buyers. They must be have charged by law. Meanwhile, I do hope whole society can realize the important of food safety.

    There are bound to be question marks over our future, so we often think of future. We often wonder that the world will like a hundred years' time.

    It is clear shown that many middle school students have physical and mental problems. 68% of the students surveying have studying anxiety as well as poor eyesight too. And a larger percentage lacks sleep. 52% are short of physical exercise. 42% of the students won't obey our parents or teachers. Personally, I think we student should balance our physical exercise and studies. Without sound body, one can't achieve anything. However, too much attention has been paid only on studies. As a result, I suggest we are given less homework or more time for out-of-classroom activities. Only in this way can we live a happy and healthy life.

    We're living in a world where we can never stress the important of sharing too much. By sharing, we can often great reduce our sadness and double our happiness.

    When it came to this topic, memories flood into my mind. There was a time when I caught in the sadness of not passing an important exam. My world turned gray and I didn't feel interested in something until my best friend came up to comfort me. Encouraged and moved by his kindness, I shared my trouble with him, that relieved me soon. Little by little I regained my confidence. The followed months witnessed my efforts, and I finally made a great progress in other important exams.

    As you can see, which was sharing with my friend that helped me out of that dark time and bring back my confidence. Sharing is beautiful, not only physically but also mentally.
