    It is a Saturday morning．You have your breakfast，walk the dog，and then go to soccer practice on time．A few hours later, you return home，only to find that the dog has made your bedroom untidy．Your clothes are on the floor．{#blank#}1{#/blank#}．

    Before you get angry, you should stop and think．Your dog wasn't misbehaving(捣蛋)just for the fun of it．And he wasn't punishing(惩罚)for leaving．{#blank#}2{#/blank#} It's called separation anxiety(分离焦虑)

    Thank of it this way :Dogs ask where you're going or when you'll be back．{#blank#}3{#/blank#}All they know is that they want to be with you．Since you're not there，they need to find you．Dogs may suddenly develop separation anxiety．But with practice and patience(耐心)，you can teach your dog to be comfortable being left alone．

    Put on your jacket，and then sit down．{#blank#}4{#/blank#}After a while，walk out the door for 1 minute，then 2 and so on．Little by little your dog will learn that when you leave，you will return．

    Teach your dog a word or action that you use every time you leave，which tells your dog you'll be back．

    ·Before you leave，give your dog a toy(玩具).It will keep him busy while you're away．

     There are two days we shouldn't worry about in our life. One is yesterday,{#blank#}1{#/blank#}  Yesterday is gone forever.{#blank#}2{#/blank#} So it is useless to worry about it.  We cannot control tomorrow.{#blank#}3{#/blank#} maybe something good or bad. No matter tomorrow is sunny or cloudy, the sun will rise as usual.  So we have only one day left. What is it?{#blank#}4{#/blank#}Today is the most important for everyone. It is the only day for us to fight for ourselves. We can control it. We can choose what to do and what not to do. We can choose how to do it. Treasure Today,{#blank#}5{#/blank#}

    A week in the sun relaxing in the beautiful March weather of Varadero, Cuba is a fantastic place for anyone. Luckily, my wife, two friends and I had the chance last year.

    To see Cuba, you have to talk to the Cubans .Our friends met us at the airport even at 1：00 a. m. which started our trip on a positive note .After a few days at the hotel, we got to know a local guide, Victor. The trip started off on a sunny morning. Our return trip would be along the coastline from Havana, but our trip to Havana would be through the countryside and the small towns. This trip was designed for us to visit the Cuban countryside. At first Victor brought us to Revolutionary Square, where Fidel Castro made his yearly speech praising the ideas of the revolution.

    Our second stop was the Bocoy Rum Factory. We walked through and learned how 5, 000 bottles of rum(朗姆酒)are produced every day. The smell of rum, and the huge barrels were interesting.

    The final stop was the market in Old Havana. Here my wife and I went away from our friends and we toured through this large shopping center. From store to store we saw so many items that all had a clear Cuban feel to them. We bought a picture and some special local things, and then we took off to meet up with Victor. As a tourist I was able to have a quick look at Cuban life with the help of Cubans .I felt lucky to have the chance. It was an interesting experience in my life.
