The "10" means that we should have stopped drinking coffee 10 hours before bed,because coffee can keep us awake. | The "3" means not eating big meals or drinking alcohol (酒) within three hours of going to bed. That's to avoid problems caused by eating too much at night—although some people say that eating a little of food later in the evening can actually be good for our bodies. |
