In the year 2070,most of you will be more than 50 years old.The good news is that travel might become smarter by that time.To catch people's eyes and increase the numbers of passengers,European airline (航空公司)(发布)easyJet 2070:The Future Travel Report.Let's take a look at some mind—blowing ideas.

 ▲

Paper passport will be a thing of the past.You will use"heartbeat passport" instead.According to experts,the machine will count how many times the heart beats in a minute,then it will tell who you are.It doesn't work hard because everyone's heart beats differently.

The seats on the plane are only one size,which can't make passengers satisfied.But in the future,you'll be able to book a seat according to your body type.The seat might even be able to cool or warm you if you want.There will also be no more screens on the back of the seats.A special light from the seat could show the latest movie s straight in front of your eyes.

If you like to visit great places of interest,the AR glasses will help you enjoy the journey.By wearing the AR glasses,you can see what happened at a historic place(战役).You may even be able to sit among the cheering people at the first Olympic Games.

Are you looking forward to having those changes in the year 2070?What other changes do you think about during the flight?

 根据语篇内容,选择最佳答案。

Do you have a good time your family? Whether you do or not, these rules will help you.

1. ____

Most people value some privacy in their lives. If you expect your parents to knock before entering your room, you should do the same to remind them that it is important to do so.

2. Let parents know your plans

Whether your parents set some family rules for you or not, they want to be clear about your plans. If you go outlet them know when you'll comeback and who you're with. Doing this can avoid some parental worries.

3. Help with the housework

Everyone knows that the housework is far from fun, including your parents! But if you choose to help with the housework with or before being asked to do so, you will be in control of your own time, Of course, you are selective about what you do around the house. That means you can choose the housework that you prefer to do and avoid the housework you dislike most.

4. Be polite

There is an expression "a little goes along way" in English. It means that a small polite gesture can have a big influence. Most quarrels (争吵) can be avoided by talking with each other nicely.

5. Apologise

Sometimes, when quarrels happen, we just cant get along well with each other. However, there must besom cone who needs to calm down and apologise, Even if apology is just "I'm the sorry that I fought with you", it will work.

 阅读下面短文, 从每题所给的A、B、C、D四个选项中选出最佳选项。

 Dear Ann,

In the last letter, you said you were interested in the school club I started last year. You asked me what pushed me to do so.

Well, the answer came to me when searching for a topic for the school work. I found that many U. S. teens weren't even eating one piece of fruit or vegetable daily! If I can help others put more vegetables and fruits into their daily meals, I would surely do that.

So, I started" Lettuce Eat" as well as a website with nutrition(营养) tips. Here I want to share some cool tips with you.

If you dislike eating vegetables, here's a tip for you: Put vegetables into meals without having to taste them. It got me to eat vegetables that I don't like, such as cauliflower or carrots. I mix(混合) vegetables with meat and use them in noodles or other dishes.

Sometimes you don't even need to make a difficult dish. By just adding something on the side, you can greatly increase the nutrients you get out of the meal. For example, tomatoes have a lot of vitamin C. If you add tomatoes to rice and beans, you will get more iron.

I think my most useful lesson was knowing the importance of having"3 square meals" so that I wouldn't be very interested in unhealthy snacks(点心). In the past,I often snackeda lot on chips and chocolates and got into a bad habit of eating too much between meals, then not being hungry enough for a healthy meal, and then being hungry again for snacking... and this would go on and on. Now I know that I need to have a complete meal, including vegetables and other healthy food, and I have now given up most of my unhealthy snacking.

There is so much to learn about nutrition. Although I only spent about a year on my club, it turned out to be a fun way to give useful information to teenagers. I hope you will join us as well!

 Yours,

 Vivian Jibrin
