Sometimes it can be difficult to say exactly what we're feeling. When we feel nervous or down, it can be useful to put our problems into words. For some of us, keeping a diary is a good way to relax. 

Breathe (呼吸) deeply and do some exercise. 

Breathing deeply will help us keep coal. Then doing some exercise can make a big difference to both physical and mental (精神上的) health. {#blank#}3{#/blank#}

Sit back and listen to the favorite music. 

Music has a wonderful influence on our feelings. When we feel sad, it fills our bears with warmth and comfort. {#blank#}4{#/blank#}When we grow nervous, it helps lower our stress. 

Don't take every trouble too seriously. 

Taking everything on shoulders and treating everything that goes badly as mistakes is a one-way ticket to having the bad feelings. {#blank#}5{#/blank#}

How to Become Fit?

Healthy eating habit along with regular exercise is the only way to become fit. If you have the correct number of calories and exercise regularly, you will lose weight, keep fit, and feel great, too.

During your teenage years, it is important to give your body the energy it needs. If you skip (跳过) meals, you won't get enough calories, and then you will feel tired. By the way, calorie is just another word for energy. About 50% of your calories should come from rice, bread, vegetables and fruit. You also need to drink a lot of water, 6 to 8 glasses a day. Water helps keep your system clean. Drinking enough water will make your skin better and make you healthy.

Exercise is something that can help to make you look good, feel good and be healthy. Experts suggest that teenagers spend at least 30 minutes exercising, five times a week. That is easy to do! You can walk or ride your bike to school, and do sports at school. However, teenagers often give up sports, saying they have no time left after their studies. In fact, doing exercise can help them sleep better at night and increase their ability to focus on their study.

If you follow the suggestions above, you will look and feel much better and become fit.

American people like to say" Thank you" when others help them or say something kind to them. 

People of many other countries do so, too. It is a very good habit. 

You  should  say " thank you" when  someone  passes  you  the  salt  on  the table, when someone walking before  you  keeps  the  door open for you. When someone says you have done your work well, or you have bought a nice thing, or your city is very beautiful. 

" Thank you" is used not only between parents and children, brothers and sisters, husbands and wives. 

" Excuse me" is another short sentence they often use. When you hear someone say so behind you, you know that somebody wants to walk past you. 

It is impolite to interrupt others while they are talking. If you want to speak to one of them, say" Excuse me" first, and then begin talking. You should also do so when you want to cough or make any unpleasant noise before others. 

 Let's all learn to say" Thank you" and" Excuse me" .

 Imagine you are living in a moving house. Inside the house, there is a kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom. Although they are much smaller than those at your home, they are easy for you to use. 

Nowadays you can see these moving houses on the road in China. They are called recreational vehicles(RVs). People call them"houses on roads". When it's holiday time, the whole family will get into the small home and hit the road for a trip across the country. 

 Compared to a real house, this"home" on the road is useful for a family. The best thing is that you can do everything you like freely. You can drive as long as you like without worrying about finding hotels and restaurants. Or you can just stop somewhere nice and stay for a few weeks. You may also meet other families that are on road trips. Together, you put up your tents. It's camping time with lots of talk and laughter. 

 However, RVs are not always convenient(方便的). They can sometimes break down and don't work. You have to spend time fixing them. But many people still like this kind of vehicle because they can go anywhere they want whenever they want.
