Today is Children's Day. Rose doesn't go to school. She is at home. After she has breakfast, she helps her mother clean the house. Then she invites her grandfather and grandmother to her house. She wants to have a surprise party. She makes five little cakes. They are nice. Every cake has a name. At 5：00, her grandparents come to her house. They bring a new bag and some pens for Rose. And Rose gives them two beautiful cakes. All of them are very happy.

    Last summer , I went to Hainan with my friends . My grandparents lived in a beautiful village in Hainan . We visited them .We went to see the blue sea . We swam in it . We went fishing . My grandma cooked good food for us . The seafood is tasty . I like it . We took many pictures there . We were excited .

    Last holiday in winter, I went to Hainan with my parents. The beach was so nice.I ate lots of sea food there. I took some beautiful pictures of the sea. I bought many postcards for my friends. It wasn't cold in winter. We went swimming every day. My father bought a white T-shirt and my mother bought a purple dress.

    Look at my family. Grandpa is sleeping in the bedroom. He is tired. Grandma is in the kitchen. She is cooking dinner. She is happy. My father and mother are in the sitting-room. They are singing. Ken is in the bedroom. He is doing a puzzle. I'm in the bathroom. I'm washing my toys. Sam is a dog. It is playing with its ball in its basket.

    At the Spring Festival, people buy flowers and put them in their houses. They have a big family reunion dinner. And the children get red packets from the older people. They light firecrackers and have great fun. When friends meet, they say "Happy Spring Festival!" to each other.
