How do we gave a computer instructions?

    We give a computer instructions by putting different programs into it. Computer programmers (程序员) write computer programs. It is 1 for these people not to make mistakes. Otherwise, the computer will not work 2.

    A computer needs 3 programs to do different jobs. For example, playing, games, writing letters and drawing pictures all need different 4, There are also different 5 for different programs. To write a program, people need to know the right language. Sometimes a programmer may know many different languages. 6, computer languages are not spoken languages like Chinese or English.  {#blank#}2{#/blank#}(luck), I took my umbrella with me. When I passed a corner (拐角) near my house, I saw {#blank#}3{#/blank#} old man. He was carrying an umbrella and a basket of {#blank#}4{#/blank#}(apple). Suddenly I heard someone crying for help. I turned and saw the apples {#blank#}5{#/blank#}(fall) to the ground(地面), and the old man fell down. I helped {#blank#}6{#/blank#}(he) stand up right away, picked {#blank#}7{#/blank#} the apples and put them back into the basket. After that, I sent the old man to his house. When we arrived at his home, my  {#blank#}8{#/blank#} (foot) were both wet in the rain. He said, "Many thanks  {#blank#}9{#/blank#}you! You are such a {#blank#}10{#/blank#}(help) boy!" I was very happy because I helped someone in need.

The girl is Linda. She usually {#blank#}1{#/blank#}up at half past six. Ten minutes later, she has breakfast. She {#blank#}2{#/blank#}home at seven and goes to school by {#blank#}3{#/blank#}. The bus ride often {#blank#}4{#/blank#} her about half an hour to get to school. Classes begin {#blank#}5{#/blank#}eight. She has four classes in the morning.She has {#blank#}6{#/blank#} at school. In the afternoon, she has three classes. After school, she often {#blank#}7{#/blank#} with her classmates. At about half past four in the afternoon, she takes the bus home. {#blank#}8{#/blank#} usually takes about twenty minutes.When she gets home, she does {#blank#}9{#/blank#} homework first. Then she has dinner with her parents. {#blank#}10{#/blank#} dinner, she reads a book for an hour and then goes to bed at about nine.

A wildlife photographer(野外摄影师）

When it comes to Xizang, many people first think of its blue sky, white clouds, and snow-covered mountains. But for Mr. Luo, there is a more colourful and amazing world in Xizang. {#blank#}1{#/blank#}

Mr. Luo is a photographer. He is in his late 50s and grew up in Xizang. {#blank#}2{#/blank#} So in 2010, he brought together a team of experts, photographers and volunteers to travel around Xizang to take photos of its amazing plants and animals and show them to others.

{#blank#}3{#/blank#} Mr. Luo thinks that if we cannot stop those plants and animals from dying out over time, taking photos of them will be helpful for future research. And future generations (后代) will also be able to see that those beautiful plants and animals once lived in Xizang.When travelling around and taking photos, Mr. Luo and his team faced many difficulties and dangers from terrible natural conditions to dangerous animals. {#blank#}4{#/blank#} So far, they have taken hundreds of thousands of photos of Xizang's natural world and published 11 books. {#blank#}5{#/blank#}

How much do you know about whales(鲸), a kind of fantastic sea animals? Now we are 1  an ocean park and learning much about them. 

We know whales 2  in the sea. Are they fish? A worker in the ocean park gives us the 3 , " Whales live in the sea and look like fish, but they aren't fish. "

We all get a 4  when we see such big whales. However, how big are they really? Another worker 5  us, " Blue whales are the biggest of all kinds of whales. They are 6  one of the biggest animals on earth. Most of them are more than 30 metres long and each of them is 7  enough to be about 130 tons(吨). "

We also learn about some interesting facts about whales. Whales 8  on sea life. Some eat seals and fish and some eat sea plants. Some whales like the blue whales don't have 9  and just swallow(吞下) food, but some can eat food with their teeth. And whales can't take in air under the sea 10 , so they need to jump out of water often. 

Are whales in danger? For some whales, landing(上岸) on beaches accidentally(意外地) is 11 . Beaches are not safe 12  for them. They need to stay in the 13 . Maybe they will lose their lives if they don't get back to the sea in time. Some kinds of whales are in danger14  people catch them for meat, fat and oil. To protect whales, people 15  stop killing them and polluting(污染) the ocean. 

Our visiting has taught us a lot about our fantastic friends—whales. 

James lived in a village. He felt unhappy all day.

One day, an old man came to James' village with many sheep. He knew a lot about the things in the world. James went to see him and said, "I'm not happy. I have all kinds of problems in my life and I don't know how to deal with them. Can you help me?"

The old man said, "I'll tell you. But first, can you help me do a small thing?" James agreed (同意). 

Then the old man asked James to take care of his sheep at night, making sure they all lay down and slept.

At midnight, the old man came and asked how things went. James said, "I tried hard but I couldn't get all the sheep to lie down together. Even if (即使) I got some to lie and sleep, others would stand and walk around. What should I do?"

"    ▲    ," the old man said. "And later, you will find the sheep will all lie down and sleep by themselves. Problems are just like the sheep. You can solve some, but there are always some you can't solve even if you try hard. Leave these difficult problems to time. At the right time, they will come to an end themselves."
