I know you have always had trouble making friends. Here I want to tell you some of my ways to help you solve the problem.

The biggest problem is that you are too afraid. The thing you should know is that everyone is as afraid as you are. Just try it. You can't practise without trying. I often try to find out something interesting about strangers. Their clothes, shoes, anything can bring into a talk. Finally you'll find something that you have in common. Then a small talk can turn into a big talk, which leads me to my next point.

Be interested in people. Ask them questions and really care about their answers. People become friendly very quickly when other people care about them. You can also watch their looks and actions and then guess what they are interested in. If you don't understand something they said, ask them to explain it. Don't be too shy.

There's no need to fear the one you're going to talk with. But keep in mind that failure (失败) is the mother of success. Maybe you'll experience several bad talks before you can have a successful one. Don't be afraid of it. Practise more and you'll make huge progress.

Students like taking pictures of their school meals. Bella is one of them. She likes to write too. So she started her own blog (博客). Every day, she writes on the Internet about the meals at her school with pictures of the food. Many students read her blog. 

Bella describes the taste of the food. Sometimes she likes the food, but sometimes she does not. She also tells the value of healthy food. So students know how important it is to eat the right food. Now, many students send pictures to Bella. She shares their stories and pictures of school meals on her blog! 

Bella starts her blog for another important reason. She raises money for Mary's Meals. Mary's Meals works in Malawi in Africa. It offers free lunch to children. Bella calls on her readers to collect money for Mary's Meals. She hoped to raise about 10,000 dollars. But the number went up to 20,000 dollars and still keeps growing fast! 

Bella's blog has also helped to improve meals at her school. Bella and her school friends found their meals improved after she started her blog. 

No one knows what will happen to Bella's blog in the future. But this girl helps to change the eating experience of many children just by sharing pictures of her school meals. 

Jay and Joan like to spend {#blank#}1{#/blank#}the winter holiday with their mum and dad. This morning they were all going sledding (滑雪橇).There was a heavy{#blank#}2{#/blank#} snow last night. The hill at the park was great for sledding. Jay and Joan asked their parents to take them out .Their parents agreed(同意).

They all put on{#blank#}3{#/blank#} warm clothes and boots (靴子).They brought hot drinks{#blank#}4{#/blank#}, put the sleds in the car and drove to{#blank#}5{#/blank#} the park.

Jay and his dad went down the hill on one sled. Joan and her mum went down on the other sled. They went fast{#blank#}6{#/blank#}. The snow flew on their faces{#blank#}7{#/blank#}. They laughed and laughed. Sledding was fun.

After playing for two hours，they took a short break. They wanted to have a hot drink to get out of{#blank#}8{#/blank#} the cold，so they went into a warm house. They talked about{#blank#}9{#/blank#} their fun day there.

Soon it was time to go back{#blank#}10{#/blank#} home. Jay and Joan were very happy today.

①Animals are important and they are our friends. But some of them are in danger now. What can we do to help save them?

②Don't eat meat. Some of us like to eat meat because it is delicious. But do you know some meat comes from endangered(濒危的) animals? To save animals, please choose more vegetables and fruit to eat instead of meat. And it's healthy for us, too. 

③Don't wear clothes made of fur(皮毛). Sometimes people also kill animals for fur. But if we don't buy or wear clothes made of fur, people will no longer kill them. 

④Donate(捐赠) money to Animal Helper(AH). AH always does everything to help save animals. But it is often short of money. So please save some money and give it away to AH to help animals. 

⑤Tell people it's important to save animals. Not all people are aware of their importance to humans and why we must save them. So why not tell people around us that it's important to save animals? It's helpful. 

"The baby is fine. I will come next month," Wang Qiujiao says to the grandma of the baby. Wang Qiujiao is a village1 in Zhumei Village, Hezhou City of South China's Guangxi. She is 77 years old,2 she still tries her best to help villagers. 

51 years ago Wang 3 working as a doctor in her home town — Zhumei Village. The village is very 4 the city and there are many mountains around it. At that time, there wasn't even a flat (平坦的)5 for bikes, so people had to travel on foot. Of course, there weren't any doctors6 . Villagers had to walk long to the city to see a doctor when they 7 ill. So if they didn't have serious health problems, most villagers wouldn't 8 to see a doctor. Wang Qiujiao knew the 9 in her home town well. After thinking twice, she gave up her job in Nanning and 10 returned to her home town as a village doctor in1973. Wang often walked to visit the patients (病人)11 her medical box. Sometimes it took her more than one hour on the way. In2015, she became 12 as "the most beautiful village doctor" in Guangxi. People like her and respect (尊敬) her. 

"The 13 of the village is much larger than before, and the traffic is much better. However, most young people leave home to 14 better jobs in the city. So I have to help look after old people and children when 15 become ill," Wang says. Now, her son also works as a village doctor like her. 

 Once upon a time, there was a family with 8 children living in a village. Two of the children, both boys. loved painting very much.{#blank#}1{#/blank#} the family was so poor that it was impossible to send both of them to study at art school.

 After many discussions, the two boys finally came up {#blank#}2{#/blank#} an idea. They would toss(抛)a coin. The loser would go down into the mines(矿井) and support his brother with his pay. Then, when the brother {#blank#}3{#/blank#} won the toss finished his studies, he would pay the school fee for the other brother {#blank#}4{#/blank#} (study) at the college in four years.

 One of the brothers, Albrecht Duren won the toss {#blank#}5{#/blank#}(lucky) while his brother Jack went down the dangerous mines. Durer worked really hard and his paintings were much {#blank#}6{#/blank#}(good) than those of most of his teachers. He made a lot of money from his paintings.

 Finally, Durer {#blank#}7{#/blank#}(return). When he told Jack he could go to art college. Jack wasn't very excited and said"The four years in the mines has done too much to my hands. It is too late. Now I can't even hold a glass."

 To show his love to his brother, Durer drew his {#blank#}8{#/blank#}(brother) hands with palms (手掌) together and thin fingers towards the sky. He called his drawing simply Hands, but {#blank#}9{#/blank#} whole world almost quickly opened their {#blank#}10{#/blank#}(heart) to the great work and renamed it The Praying Hands.

 The next time you see a copy of that touching creation, take a second look. Let it be your reminder: No one can ever succeed alone!
