There are a large number of disabled people in the world. They have to face all kinds of {#blank#}1{#/blank#}(困难) in life. There are also charities and nonprofits (非营利组织) helping them to live on their {#blank#}2{#/blank#}(独自).

Some charities help out by {#blank#}3{#/blank#}(募集) money for them. With the money, they can help the 

 {#blank#}4{#/blank#}(有残疾的) go to the hospital and get better treatment(治疗). Others give up their free time to {#blank#}5{#/blank#}(主动去做) to work. They give {#blank#}6{#/blank#}(训练) lessons to blind or deaf people. They help them learn to speak and talk with {#blank#}7{#/blank#} (其他人). Also, some nonprofits train dogs that are able to {#blank#}8{#/blank#}(理解) some words when their owners give them orders. The things like these make a great {#blank#}9{#/blank#}(差异) to the disabled. Family and friends aren't always around. So it is {#blank#}10{#/blank#} (重要的) for the disabled to get some help from other ways.

Sue Coppard grew up in the countryside. As a child, her dream was to go to the outside world. In fact, she achieved her dream. In 1971, Sue Coppard worked as a secretary(秘书) in London. When she enjoyed the city life, Sue also missed the countryside where she spent most of her time as a child. She thought the countryside was a great place to play and grow. So she offered to help out on an organic (有机的)farming program organized (组织) by a college.

Sue put a small ad(广告) in a magazine, offering people the chance (机会) to volunteer at the organic farm. The volunteer program grew quickly. Soon other organic farmers participated, asking for people to help out.

With so many people and farms joining, Sue started World-Wide Opportunities on Organic Farms (WWOOF) to help volunteers and farmers find one another. In order to interest more volunteers, Sue made WWOOF not only a weekend activity, but also a place for travelers and people who hoped to live and work on farms for a longer time. She worked very hard there, but she felt happy. She said, "The work can be tiring, but volunteers think it's enjoyable."

By working on farms, the volunteers communicate(交流) with the farmers and begin to love the outdoors and organic farming.

Volunteering is something that anyone can do in their free time, So the next time you want to be busy on the weekend or on vacation, why not look for a good reason to spend your energy on it? I think it is a fantastic way to enjoy your free time.

Sydney is one of the largest cities in Australia. It is a lively city. It's famous for the Sydney Opera House and the Sydney Harbour Bridge. The weather is warm. {#blank#}1{#/blank#}. And it is about 35℃ in summer. It has many parks and beautiful beaches. 

{#blank#}2{#/blank#}. You can see many visitors in the park from different countries. You can start your trip by going through a bush( 灌 木 ). Then you can find some nice gravel roads (碎石路). {#blank#}3{#/blank#}Of course you will need to travel with food and water. To see a small part of the mountains, you need some days, because there are many things to do in the Blue Mountains. 

Sydney has many beautiful beaches. {#blank#}4{#/blank#}They are Bondi and Manly. Bondi has a nice street with many shops and restaurants. Manly is a great beach to go to. If you want to go there, you can take a boat. It's a cheap and great way to see the Sydney Harbour. It will take you about 30 minutes. {#blank#}5{#/blank#}

Once upon a time, in a large community, there lived a teenager named Emma. Emma had always been known for her kindness and pity towards others. She believed the power of small acts of kindness could make a difference in people's lives. 

One day, Emma noticed a new student named Ethan sitting alone at lunchtime. Sensing his loneliness, Emma decided to offer a welcoming hand. She went to Ethan with a warm smile and invited him to join her and her friends at their table. 

Ethan didn't know what to do at first, unsure of himself in this new environment. But Emma's actual kindness broke through his barriers(障碍), and he accepted her invitation with thankfulness. From that day on, Ethan found a sense of belonging and friendship that he had longed for. 

Inspired(激励) by Emma's kindness, Ethan decided to pay it forward. He reached out to another shy student, Lily, who was struggling with her confidence. Ethan's small act of kindness lifted Lily's spirits and excited a newfound confidence in herself. 

The ripples(涟漪)of kindness continued to spread throughout the school. Lily, inspired by Ethan's kindness, became a guider to younger students, providing guidance and support. Those younger students, in turn, grew up to pass kindness in their interactions with others. 

As the years passed, the influence of Emma's act of kindness grew more and more rapidly. The school turned into a good community that the people volunteer to help each other, where small acts of kindness were celebrated and encouraged. 

Hi, everybody. Here we're in front of the South Gate. Go straight on, and you'll find the Panda House. Pandas are cute. They like to eat bamboo and lie down all day long. Every year, lots of visitors come here to see them. 

Walk along the road. To the north of the Panda House, you'll find the lions. Lions are the kings of the animal world. Remember that they're dangerous. Never go near them. 

Turn left, and to the west of the Lions' Area, you'll find the World of Birds. Birds make beautiful sounds when they sing. To the north of the World of Birds is the Monkeys' Forest. Monkeys are clever and funny. They jump around and make people laugh. 

Then turn right, and to the east of the Monkeys' Forest, you'll see the giraffes(长颈鹿). They're quite tall. Their long necks help them eat the leaves from trees. 

Northeast of the giraffes there's a bridge. Cross the bridge, and you'll see the elephants. Their large ears are like open fans.

People collect things for different reasons. Some {#blank#}1{#/blank#} because it is an interesting activity. Some do it to show their {#blank#}2{#/blank#} . Collecting things is a wonderful {#blank#}3{#/blank#} hobby. And many people fall in love with the things they collect.
