I used to love games. I would spend hours {#blank#}1{#/blank#} on my phone. I used to love going out partying. It was so much fun and I did it every week. But how could I study the next morning after only four{#blank#}2{#/blank#} sleep? It seemed that I{#blank#}3{#/blank#} could't stay focused(注意力集中的) in class.

●{#blank#}9{#/blank#} studying, I turned my phone off and put it away.
●I made my weekly study plans and stuck to(坚持){#blank#}10{#/blank#}. These plans were achievable and gave me confidence to move on.
