Welcome to our school．Six years ago，there{#blank#}1{#/blank#}no library．Now，there{#blank#}2{#/blank#}a new one in our school．Two years ago，the gym was small and old．Now we{#blank#}3{#/blank#}a big and nice one．We have PE class and play sports on the playground．Last year，there{#blank#}4{#/blank#}no computers rooms．Now，there{#blank#}5{#/blank#}two computer rooms．

    Christmas comes in winter. It is always on the same day each year. It's on December 25. We always get up early on Christmas. When we get up, we find gifts at the end of our beds. We open our gifts in the morning. We have a big lunch at home. In the afternoon, we play games and have a good time. In the evening, I'm usually very tired, so I go to bed at about 10 o'clock.

    Mary went out with her mother yesterday. They went to the supermarket to buy some things. They went out at nine o'clock. They got there at half past nine. They went there by bus. They bought lots of things. They were tired but they were happy.

It's Sunday afternoon. The weather is fine. There is a football match between Class 2 and Class 4. Many students are watching. They're excited.
Now Zhangpeng has the ball. He passes it to WuBinbin. But he can't kick the ball. Then John has the ball. He kicks it. The ball flies to Zhangpeng's arm. Zhangpeng is very angry. The ball files in to the gate. Their class kicks a goal. How is Zhangpeng feeling now? Guess! He is so happy!
Hooray! Class 4 won the game. Class 2 is very sad.

    Mr Brown is a pilot. On Sunday morning, he takes Mike and Jone to a plane. He opens the door of the plane and lets the children in. Soon, the plane begins to go up. Mike looks out of the window and says, “Wow, we are like the birds in the sky!" Then he looks down at the houses, they are like the small toy houses. John looks at the streets and sees the buses, they look like small toy buses, too. All the people on the ground are very, very small.

    When the plane comes down and down and down, the houses, buses and people become bigger and bigger. Mike and John have great fun on the plane, they both feel excited because it is the first time to take a plane. And Mr Brown is very happy, too.
