Wang Fang, a woman from Suzhou, puts her whole heart into Kunqu Opera. She started to learn the traditional art form from a young age. 

Born with a sweet voice, Wang loved to sing and dance and the Suzhou Kunqu Opera Troupe (剧团) (SKOT) chose her when she was in middle school. However, her parents refused the troupe's invitation, saying that her studies were more important. After members of the troupe visited the parents again and again, Wang's parents finally agreed. 

Learning the traditional art form was never easy. She started to learn how to pronounce and sing words, and how to make proper movements (动作) . She got wet through when practicing movements in summer, while in winter she often had chilblains (冻疮) on her hands. "No matter how difficult, I always got up early the next morning to practice," Wang says. 

Wang says she did not love Kunqu at first, but in her early 20s, when she watched the show by Zhang Jiqing, a master (大师) of the art form, it clicked. "Her every movement was full of beauty. Each of her words and songs was perfect. I was touched by the beauty of Kunqu for the first time, and I decided to stay with it all my life." says Wang. 

Wang once said in a talk, "First you must be a dreamer, then a doer, and only then can you be a master. I believe it - it should be this way and that I am this way," Now, Wang is a master of Kunqu. People of different ages love her shows and she helps the art form become more popular with young people.

Who is your hero?{#blank#}1{#/blank#}do you like him? You might say it's because he has good looks or a lot of talents. I think Helen Keller is one of the greatest persons all over the world. Helen is{#blank#}2{#/blank#} famous writer and educator in America. When Helen was a baby, she was not{#blank#}3{#/blank#}(luck). 

She couldn't see {#blank#}4{#/blank#} hear. As time passed, things got {#blank#}5{#/blank#} (bad) than before that she couldn't understand anything. But she had a great{#blank#}6{#/blank#} (mind). With the help of Miss Sullivan, Helen{#blank#}7{#/blank#} (go) to school when she got older. 

Helen Keller was so brave and wonderful. She spent all her life {#blank#}8{#/blank#} (help) many blind and deaf people. She died in 1968 because{#blank#}9{#/blank#}bad illness. 

Don't stop trying. Helen Keller said so. From {#blank#}10{#/blank#} (she) true story, I know whatever we do and however hard it is, we should never give up.

One day, the old man goes to see a very wise(睿智的) woman." My house is too noisy," he says." What can I do?" The woman says," Take this goat to your house." And the old man does. The goat goes maa- maa. It breaks a chair with its horns(角). Bang!

The next day, the old man goes back to the woman." My house is still too noisy!" he says. So the wise woman gives(给) him a cow to take to his house. The cow goes moo- moo! The goat goes maa- maa! The old man puts(放) a quilt over his head.

The next day, the old man goes back to the woman." My house is still too noisy!" he says. So the wise woman gives him a donkey(驴) to take to his house. The donkey goes hee- haw, hee- haw! The cow goes moo- moo! The goat goes maa- maa! The old man shouts loudly," It is too noisy!" 

The next day, the woman comes to the house. She says," Open the door. Let out the goat, the cow and the donkey." The old man does. And what do you know?      ▲      The old man goes to bed and sleeps all day long.
