I'm going to go to Beijing. It is the capital(首都) of China. It will be snowy in Beijing. There will be snow everywhere. So I'm going to make a snowman. My parents will come to China and go with me. We are going to fly to Beijing. We are going to have a nice trip.

    Helen was seven years old, and one day one of her teeth began hurting. She cried in her class at school. Her teacher said kindly, “What's the matter, Helen?” “One of my teeth hurts,” answered Helen.“Tell your mother about it," said the teacher,“and then go and see the dentist.”

    That afternoon Helen told her mother about her teeth, and her mother took her to the dentist later. The dentist examined the tooth and then he said to Helen,“It' s very bad. I'm going to pull it out, and then you are going to get a new tooth. It will be as nice as the others next year.” He pulled the tooth out.

    The next day Helen's teacher asked her about the tooth. She said to her,“Does it still hurt, Helen?”“I don't know. You'd better(最好) ask the dentist.” Helen answered.“Why?”the teacher said.“Because the dentist has got it," Helen answered.

    It's nine o'clock in the evening. The family are at home. Jim's father is sitting in a chair. He's watching TV. His mother is standing near the window. She's giving some food(喂食) to the bird, Polly. Polly says, "Thanks! Thanks!" Where's Jim? Oh, he's behind the door. Kate is looking for him. They are playing games. There is no homework on Sunday evening.

    In many countries, people sit on chairs at a table to eat. They do not usually touch their food with their hands. They use a fork, a knife, and a spoon.

    In some countries, people sit on the floor to eat. Food is on a low(低矮的) table in the middle. People eat food with their right hands. Everyone washes their hands both before and after eating.

    Making noise when you eat noodles or drink soup is not polite(礼貌的).
