One day, when I 2  a mobile phone store, I saw an advertisement on its door. It was hiring(雇用，雇佣)new workers!

“Sir, are you hiring people?”I went 3the shop and asked. “Yes, but you should be the man who we need,” the manager answered. He looked at me for a few 4 from head to foot. “Do you have a high school diploma(文凭)?5he, “Or do you have any work experience?” I felt so ashamed and 6that I didn't know what to say, so I just turned around and left. I could not fall asleep that night, and I thought a lot about my 7 . “I must go to school or I can't do anything without a good education,” I 8 to myself silently.     Denny was a photographer. He travelled around and always did anything he could to take a good photo even if it was 1. He had photos of earthquakes, forest fires and even wars.

    The next day, Johnny and Leo had their big match. The other boys were all shouting for Johnny.

    Leo was a little worried8he told himself he could do it. He tried to play as Ben taught him.

    In the end, Leo won.

    After that day, many boys wanted to play tennis with Leo. But Leo didn't really want to play with9. Leo felt they weren't true friends.

In May, 16-year-old Alktur Dibat became the youngest Chinese climber to reach the top of Qomolangma (珠穆朗姆峰) . 

The boy is from Urumqi, Xinjiang.  He arrived at the South Base Camp in Nepal on April 15.  He spent 28 days getting used to (习惯) the new place and then started his climb with about 10 other good climbers. 

On May 19, Alktur finally reached the top of the world, breaking the record set last year by Xu Zhuoyuan, a girl from Hunan.  Reaching the top of Qomolangma is my biggest dream.  I feel very happy that I made my dream come true, Alktur said.  During his climb, he sometimes felt terrible, but it didn't stop him from keeping going. 

Alktur is a student at Urumqi No.  13 Middle School.  He started to learn rock climbing at 7, skiing at 8, and ice climbing at 9.  He climbed his first mountain with his father when he was 10.  In July last year, they climbed a high mountain called Muzta Ata in Xinjiang.  In February this year, Alktur climbed Siguni Mountain in Sichuan. 

To climb Qomolangma, Alktur ran 10 kilometers every morning and took special training classes on weekends.  He also took a training class organized by the Chinese Mountaineering Association. 

Alktur now wants to climb the other highest mountains.  He loves the feeling of climbing and wants to keep trying.
