We can keep our bottles and take them to the bottle bank(瓶子回收站). We should have a black bin and a green bin at home. One for general waste and one for recyclable waste. We can use cloth bags and paper bags when we go to the supermarket. We should go to school on foot or by bus every day. More and more people live a low—carbon life.

    A train stops at a station(车站). A young man wants to come out, but it is raining. A boy is standing under a big umbrella. The young man says to the boy，"Can you go and get us two hamburgers, one for you and one for me? Here are two dollars. " "Great！"says the boy and he goes to buy hamburgers. After some time, the boy is back. He is eating a hamburger. "Where is my hamburger？"asks the young man. "Oh, there is only one hamburger left(剩下). So I'm eating mine. Here is your dollar. "

    The Chinese New Year is a very important holiday for the Chinese people. It falls on a different date each year and lasts 15 days. Days before the New Year, every family is busy giving its house a thorough cleaning. ~They decorate the doors and windows with paper-cuts and put lanterns around their houses. On the Eve, all the family members come together to have a big dinner. It is a feast. After dinner, it is time for the whole family to sit up for the night. They play card games or watch TV programs. Next morning, people all dress in their best clothes. Children greet their parents or grandparents and get their gifts of money in red envelops. Then the family start out to say greetings from door to door.

    Lily usually gets up at half past six. She has breakfast at seven. After breakfast, sometimes she walks to school, and sometimes she goes to school by bus. She always has her lunch at school. She never eats chicken because she doesn't like chicken. Her school finishes at half past four. She goes home after school. She gets home at five 0 clock.

In Australia, I must wear warm clothes and I can go skiing or make a snowman with my friends. That's a lot of fun. But I am in China now. It is summer here. I just wear my beautiful dress and a pair of sandals (凉鞋). It is really hot here. I usually go swimming with my friends when I have free time. And I often eat ice cream. That's great!
