3-D-printed veggie steaks (素牛排) could be coming to a plate near you. A new company, Novameat in Spain, has developed a kind of steak, using 100% plant-based ingredients(成分).

The business development manager, Alexandre Campos said one of the company's purposes is to protect the animals. The idea behind this is to try to solve all of these problems that the animal meat industry(行业) brings to our planet, to the animals and to our health. "So that's why we're trying to bring people more choices of food. Something will replace animal meat, and it is better for the planet, for us and for the animals," he said.

"It didn't taste like a traditional steak but I was surprised because I did not expect that the texture (口感) would be so great. It was the first time I had tried it and I thought it was still in a more basic phase(阶段), but I was very surprised by both the taste and the texture," said Ferran, who tasted the steak.

The company plans to sell its steaks directly (直接地) to people and restaurants. With the development of science, it might one day be possible to produce up to 500 kilograms of the "meat" per hour.

There is no one like you in the world. So, you should learn to be content (满意的) with yourself.

As we all know, nobody is perfect. So if you are not the most beautiful or the smartest person, it doesn't matter. If you feel there is room for improving, then try your best to make some changes. If you have tried your best but you still aren't content with yourself, ask yourself two simple questions. Firstly, are you content with who you are? If the answer is yes, then there is nothing to worry about. If you are OK with yourself and you have done your best in everything, you should be content with yourself. Secondly, do you give yourself enough time to improve? You know improving takes time.

Self-confidence (自信) is also very important. If you're confident, you will be OK with who you are. However, here are some suggestions if you are not confident. First, find out your talents (才能) and try to use them. Second, don't always compare (比较) yourself with others. Third, forgive (原谅) yourself for some mistakes you may have made.

Paul Roberts, a 15-year-old boy, lives in New York. Like thousands of other American students, he usually goes away to a summer camp during the school holidays.

These camps are just for teenagers, without their parents, and Paul always has a great time. But this summer he's doing something different-he's going on an adventure* holiday in Hawaii.

It's a camping holiday for three weeks in Hawaii, for kids from 14 to 

18. He's leaving on July 23^rd and coming back on August 12^th.

First, they're putting on backpacks and hiking through the forest in Hawaii. The place is very beautiful, with huge waterfalls and fascinating beaches. After this five-day walk, they're staying for two days in a valley*. The main activity here will be surfing. Paul doesn't know how to surf, but instructors will teach him how to do it, and he's really looking forward to this.

Then the organizers are providing mountain bikes and they're going for long rides-about 30 miles a day, around one of Hawaii's mountains. And on one day they're meeting a local Hawaiian family and helping them to plant fruit trees on their farm. After that, they're sailing for three days by the coast, and they'll have a chance to swim with dolphins and sea turtles!

This sounds amazing. Finally, they're going out for three days in sea kayaks*-they're visiting sea caves and swimming too.

Every night for the three weeks, they're camping in tents*, usually on the beach. This isn't a holiday for couch potatoes! They say the kids have to be fit, and of course they have to know how to swim and ride a bike. The kids can't use the computer or pad during the three weeks, but it's going to be a really special experience.

Many people like to take a trip by plane，but I don't like it because an airport （机场） is usually far from the city. You have to get there early and wait for hours for the plane to take off （起飞） and it's often late. You can't open the windows. You can't choose the food. Planes are fast，but it still takes you hours to go out of the airport and into the city. 

I like traveling by train. I think trains are safe. The stations are usually in cities. When you are late for a train，you can catch another one. You can walk around in the train and open the windows. You can see many interesting things on your way. I know it takes a little more time. 

I also like cars. You can start your trip when you want to，and you don't need to get to a railway station or a bus stop. Also you can carry many things with you in a car. But sometimes there are too many cars on the road. 

A player recently bought himself a two- meter- long golden cudgel(金箍棒) after playing the video game Black Myth:Wukong. It is similar in every de tail to the magic stick from the game.

The stick is now a popular product on Taobao and Tmall. On these platforms, other products co- branded with the game are also selling well.

Black Myth is China's first AAA video game. Since it came out on August 20, it has taken the gaming world by storm. It sold 10 million copies within the first three days. This makes it one of the fastest- selling video games.

Beyond that, the game has had a" Black Myth" effect across several industries. Sales of home video game consoles(游戏机) have increased greatly from last year. Other gaming- related goods like laptops, keyboards, mice and headphones have all seen big increases in sales.

Moreover, its success has led to a travel boom in parts of China. Many scenes in the game are from real places. Players want to follow their hero and visit the same places. As a result, several sites have reported increased tourist activity. Some have even seen ticket sales three times higher than before. For example, the Yuhuang Temple in Shanxi Province, has become one of the most popular tourist destinations in China. Large number s of visitors go there to see its famous coloured sculptures(彩塑) from the Jin, Yuan and Ming dynasties.

In recent years, more and more farmers in China have moved to cities to work. Many of them leave their children behind in villages. These children are called left- behind ones. In China, there are more than 60 million left-behind children. It is about a third of the children in the countryside and almost a quarter of the country's children. 40% of them are under age 5. 

Left- behind children often face more problems than others. Safety is a big problem. Many children are too young to look after themselves. It is even sadder that some left- behind children die from drowning(溺水) or traffic accidents. 

Another problem is about psychological(心理的) health. Left-behind children are hungry for love. A report says that more than 16% of them think parents don't love them and over 80% always feel not safe. They are usually oversensitive(过度敏感的), and don't get along with others. 

Their education is also serious. According to a research, about 20% of left- behind children think they are not as good as others. Many are not interested in studying at school. They often don't do the homework and go to school late. Some children even take part in criminal(犯罪的) activities. 

To make left- behind children live a happy and healthy life, our government as well as many people has done a lot. Every one of us should give a hand to them.
