Joe was a poor old man．He had very little food to eat．One day Joe went into the forest to collect firewood(木柴)．In the afternoon，he was tired and hungry．He wanted to rest so he sat under a tree．He took a small potato out of his bag for lunch．Just then he saw a girl looking at him．She was holding(拿)a bottle of water．

    My name is Lucy. I come from American. I am now in China. I study in Hangzhou No.4 Middle School.There are many clubs in our school.     The United States (美国) People shake hands when they are first introduced. Friends and family member often hug or kiss on the cheek when they see each other. In these situations, men often kiss women but not other men.

    Every day, Mr. Smith sees a man near his home. The man has a pair of sunglasses (太阳镜) and sits on the ground. In front of the man, there is a hat with some money (钱) in it. Beside the man, there is a dog. Around the dog's neck, there is a board (牌子). It says "I'm blind". Mr. Smith gives the man some money every afternoon on his way home.
