At the age of 12, most of the kids like to watch TV or1online games. But the 12-year-old Jaysea is2teaching yoga. She finished 200 hours teacher training and is the youngest yoga3now.

    She teaches kids and teenagers yoga. “I want to do this for a long time4I love so much,” says Jaysea, the girl5long blonde hair and long legs. She seems quieter 6more serious than most other kids.

    She7a twin brother and a 15-year-old brother. Their parents, Rick and Julie said,

    "They only go to school three days a8. We tell them to think about9they want to do and they have10days to do it. And when they finish high school, they will get their favorite11."

    Her father says she still12her best at school. "She finishes all her homework and she 13 wants to miss a class."

    School doesn't14before 9:45 a.m. or 10:30 a.m., so Jaysea has enough time to do practice every15at home for an hour.

    I am Frank. In our western countries, there are four seasons or 365 days in a year. Usually, we sleep 8 hours every day. So we have 122 days for sleeping. Then our study or work time is only 243 days left. But there are 52 weekends in a year. Each weekend is two days. We lose another 104 days a year for work. It takes up about one hour to have breakfast and supper. This comes to 15 days over a year. Four free hours each evening takes up 61 days. But we can't work all the time, so we need holidays. We have to remember that we get 2 days' holiday at Easter, 3 at Christmas and 1at the New Year. There are also 4 Bank holidays. Take those 10 days away and we have 32 days for work. But then we have one and a half hours' lunch every day, and half an hour's coffee break. That comes to 30 days a year. This means that we have only a few days left for study or work every year.     Mr. Brown is my uncle. He is 321old. He works in a sports club. His job is to 2the students how to play basketball. He 3 far from the club. He has a car, but he doesn't 4 his car to work. Usually, he goes to work 5bike. He thinks it is good 6 and he can get to the club early when many buses and cars are in the street. Every morning, Mr. Brown gets up at 6:30. Then he takes a shower and has 7 good breakfast. At 7:40, he 8 his bike to the club. The bike ride usually9 an hour. "I never feel tired (累的). I think the ride is 10 and interesting," says Mr. Brown.
