A young British man called Luke Cameron has done a good deed(行为) every day for more than a year and he says it has completely changed his life.

Luke made a decision at the beginning of 2014. He started by doing one small good thing every single day from January 1^st, 2014. For example, he greeted the waiter at a café on New Year's Day and he bought food and drink for some homeless people the next day.

He set up a website where he could write down all his good deeds, like helping the neighbor take out the rubbish or spending a few hours in helping a disabled lady pick out a dress for a party.

"I've never thought of any return from helping others. Actually, it has given me happiness and I have become more thankful and grateful for the things I have now."Luke said. He has decided to continue doing good deeds in 2015.

Luke won the competition for the job of National Philanthropy(慈善) Manager because of his kind deeds. He will travel all over the UK and help 45 different charities in 2015.

"I used to work as a part-time worker in a shop. Now I become the National Philanthropy Manager." Luke said, "I think I've helped myself by helping others."

It was one of the hottest days of the dry season. It had not rained in almost a month. The crops were dying. Cows had stopped giving milk. If it did not rain soon, we would lose everything. On this day, I witnessed(目睹) a wonder.

    I was making lunch when I saw my 6-year-old son, Billy, walking very slowly toward the woods. Minutes later he came running out again, toward the house. Soon after, I saw him walking toward the woods again. This went on for an hour. Finally I walked out of the house quietly and followed him.

    Billy cupped both hands in front of him as he walked, careful not to drop the water he carried. Leaves slapped his face but he kept walking into the woods. Then I saw an amazing sight. Several large deer stood in front of him. Billy walked right up to them. I saw a tiny baby deer lying on the ground. It was dying of thirst, and it lifted its head with great effort to drink the water in my boy's hands.

    When the water was gone, Billy ran back to the house. I followed him to the tap. Billy opened it and a small trickle(细流) came out. He knelt down, letting the drops slowly fill up his "cup".

Now I understood what was going on. The week before, he tried giving water to our horses but I told him not to waste water. Now when he stood up and turned, I was there in front of him. His eyes filled with tears, "I'm not wasting," he said. I joined him with a small pot of water from the kitchen. I let him walk to the baby deer alone while I stood at the edge of the woods. As tears rolled down my face, they were suddenly joined by other drops... and more drops... as if the sky itself was crying.

    Night after night, a wolf walks around a group of sheep, looking for one of them to eat, but the shepherd (牧羊人) and his dogs always make him go away.

    But one day, the wolf finds the skin (皮)of a sheep. He puts the skin carefully over him. Then he walks into the group of sheep.

    The shepherd thinks that the wolf is one of his sheep, and makes the wolf eat the grass with the sheep, and even lets him sleep with the sheep.

    For many days and nights, the wolf eats and sleeps very well. The wolf enjoys himself very much. But one day, the shepherd wants to sell one of his sheep at the market. He finds the biggest and fattest sheep and brings him into town. Can you guess who it is? It is the wolf!
