    There are many famous traditional Chinese doctors in China, and Li Shizhen is one of them.

    Here is the story of Li Shizhen and his great book.

    Li Shizhen was born in 1518. He became interested in Chinese medicine when he was stillyoung .His father was a popular doctor at that time, and Li Shizhen often saw that people were ill.

    ⒈He decided to study medicine so that he could help them.

    Li Shizhen read many books about medicine. He found that there were some mistakes in manyold medical books, so his hope was to write a new one. He tried his best to study medical science. He studied not only herbs(草药) in his garden, but also the wild ones. He went out to collect herbs and talk with old farmers. He learned a lot from curing (治疗) patients.

    After many years of hard work and study, Li Shizhen finished his great work Ben Cao Gangmu .At that time he was sixty. His book is one of the greatest books in the world medical field.

   Almost everybody likes to play. All over the world men and women, boys and girls enjoy sports.{#blank#}1{#/blank#} They help people to live happily.

    Each year, many Chinese people go abroad because of all kinds of reasons. They are becoming younger and younger year by year. Even some Chinese parents send their children to foreign countries when they are only in a middle school. They think their children can get a wider view, less academic(学业的) competition or family honor. But life can be hard for young people there. At first, they have to face the cultural differences and language problems. However, these are not always the most difficult things to overcome(克服).To most children, controlling (管理)themselves well is a big challenge when they are studying alone in a strange country. Yu Yang, a 15-year-old student from Guangdong Province studies in a high school in Toronto, Canada. ⑶To his surprise, his teachers there seldom push students to study hard. And usually there isn't too much homework .Students have lots of free time to do some activities. Some of his friends spend their whole year's money in the first two months of the new term. So they have to ask their parents for some more money. On the one hand, studying abroad can help students learn foreign languages quickly and open up their eyes, but on the other hand, some children may feel lonely, become bad, lose themselves, etc. Many problems may happen to them. These are different from their original thoughts. ⑷So parents should think them over before their children go abroad.

    Do you often think of life in the future？Will we study at home？Will we have robots？Will we fly to the moon easily？Everyone may have his or her views about that. Life in the future will be very different from life today. Between then and now many changes will take place, but what will the changes be?

    There will be changes in our food. Maybe no one will eat meat. Instead, people will eat more fruit and vegetables. People will stay away from junk food. Maybe people will be healthier.

    Computers will be small and useful. Maybe we will even put the computer into our pockets(口袋). There will be at least two computers in every home. And computer studies will be one of the most important subjects at school.

    Work in the future will be different, too. Dangerous and hard work can be done by robots. People will work fewer hours than they do now. And they will have more free time for sports, watching TV and traveling.
