Hello, I am Peter. Yesterday was Sunday. I walked to my grandpa's home. It was his birthday. I bought (要) many fruit and a big cake in the morning. My grandpa and grandma liked them very much. My mother cooked the lunch. We had a good time.

    John and Jack are going to the park. John has got a small bag. He has three packets of noodles, a cake and an apple. Jack has got a big bag. He's got two large bottles of water, three oranges, four bananas, two hamburgers and a packet of crisps. Suddenly(突然) they see a spaceship in the sky. It is small and round. It is falling. A big red man comes out. The boys are afraid. The red man smiles(微笑)at them. He needs some water for his spaceship. The spaceship cannot fly without(没有)water. Jack gives a large bottle of water to him. He puts it in the spaceship. The spaceship flies away.

    It is Christmas Day. It snows heavily outside. The Blacks are going to a shopping mall. Mrs. Black goes to a clothes shop. She wants to buy a coat for herself. The salesman shows her a red coat, but it is too small. Then the salesman shows her another purple coat, but it is too expensive. Finally, the salesman shows a pink coat to her, it is cheap and nice. Mrs. Black takes the pink coat and then goes to a bookshop with his son, Jimmy. There are many books in it. They are picture books, storybooks, magazines and dictionaries. Jimmy likes reading very much. His favourite books are picture books. Jimmy buys three picture books and a storybook .They have a nice Christmas Day

    Hello! I'm May. It was rainy last weekend. My family and I stayed at home all day. In the morning, my mother cleaned the room. And my father read the newspaper. My mother cooked food at noon and I helped her wash the vegetables. After lunch, I did my homework. In the evening, we watched TV together. We had a happy weekend.

Jim: I'm going away for a long time.

Bob: I'm sorry to hear that. Where are you going?

Jim: America. My father has a new job there.

Bob: That is good news fro your father. It's bad news for me.

Jim: Me too.

Bob: Are you going to a new school?

Jim: Yes. I'm going to a new primary school. I'll be in Grade 4.

Bob: Will you write to me?

Jim: Of course.

Bob: I will miss you!
