Do you have a great friend? Someone who is there for you in good times and in bad times? The story of Hoshi and Zen 1 the power (力量) of friendship.

    Hoshi is an American Eskimo dog. He had his 2 removed (移除) because of a disease when he was 11 years old. 3 he is now blind.

    It is 4 for Hoshi, a few months before his operation (手术), his owner got Zen. She was a small dog 5 a local rescue shelter (救护所) who could see just fine!

    When Zen started to realize that Hoshi was going blind, she did what a good friend would do. Zen began to lead the 6 for Hoshi. She 7 a seeing eye to another dog!

    Zen now leads Hoshi around in the great outdoors, so he doesn't hurt 8 They are now best friends and 9 all of their time together going hiking, swimming and going on other adventures (冒险).

One day, a dentist was starting his morning work. Suddenly a man ran in. His face was red and he could only say"Quick! Quick!"The dentist thought he must be very ill. His assistant helped to make the poor man sit in a chair. The dentist gave the man some medicine to make him sleep. Then, he looked into the man's mouth and pulled out all the bad teeth. As soon as the man woke up, he said in a low voice,"Quick, doctor, quick."

"It's all right now,"the dentist told him."It's over."

"You don't understand,"said the man,"I came to tell you your house is on fire."

 After a while, we headed to my house. When we got home, Dad's friend Isaac came with six free tickets to the Harvest Fair. After Isaac left, Dad said," We have five people in our family. Wo'll have to find someone else who wants to go to the fair."

"I want to go!" said Mareya.

" So do I!" said Ollie.

 It took me one second to go from happy to awkward(尴尬的). Just then, my 80- year- old neighbour, Mrs Nish, came in."I just saw the poster. I love fairs! But tickets aren't cheap now."

 That's when Ollie got an idea. He quietly said something to Mareya, and Mareya told it to me, and I told it to my father.

" Well, we happen to have an extra(多余的) ticket to that fair! Would you like to join us?" my dad asked.

" Really?" Mrs Nish's face lit up." I'd like that very much!"

 Tho fair was fantasist. But the very best part was seeing Mrs Nish laughing. The next weekend, Ollie, Mareya, and I had our own Harvest Fair party at home. We played games and made a big pic while singing along to our favourite band Eagle Daze.

The summer holiday is coming. Ben will have a trip to Beijing with his two {#blank#}1{#/blank#}this weekend. His dad will also go and have a meeting. This is a great journey for Ben and he is very {#blank#}2{#/blank#}. Ben knows little about taking a plane. It is his first time to take a plane. However, Ben's father often goes to other places by plane.
