    The other day, some of my classmates and I took a bicycle trip along the "Huan Shan Green Road", that was specially built for people to relax ourselves. The scenery along the road was fascinating, with trees, flowers, hills and lakes on both side. We stopped by a lake for a rest, where a great many of people are playing happily. But something unpleasant caught our eyes. There was rubbish here or there, and there were many plastic bags and bottles floated on the surface of the lake.     Today we had the honor of invite Professor Hudson, a foreign teacher from Beijing University, to give us an English lesson. All of us were deeply impressing by this unforgettable English lesson. Great inspired, most of us took an active part in classroom activities. After class, many students being interviewed spoke highly of him.     Last Saturday, our class had an excited basketball match with our neighbor Class 4. I had thought that our team was consisted of strong and able players, me including, while the opposite team was no match for us. However, when the match started, I was surprised to find that every member of the other team was fighting hardly, despite the fact they were far less capable than us. It came as no surprise that we become the winner in the match. And they won our respect for our performance in the game. The result of the match has taught me that, whatever the outcome is, which counts is that we have tried our best. Only in this way can we make rapid progresses in life.

    I think going to a gym is a good way to keep health and strong. If your friend wants to be stronger, and he should try to go there more often.

    Yes, there have some pills to make you look strong. Therefore, they have side effects, that will damage your health. After your friend taking this kind of pill for some time, his hair might fell out or he might have health problems, some of which may even affect her liver or heart. Some athlete, whose achievements were great, died very young because they take this kind of pill. I don't think your friend should take the risk .

    Tell your friend not take the pills because he may have health problems in the future, when it is too late.

Notice

    A grand event celebrating the 110th anniversaries of the founding of our school will be holding on September 12th, 2017. Former schoolmates from home and abroad are warm welcome to attend them. The celebration is planned to start at 9:00 am and end at 5:00 pm in the school gym. After enjoyed the wonderful performances presented by teachers and students, you are to attend speeches and teaching seminars be held in the teaching building.

    Please be in time and do remember not to walk about during the celebration. Taking photos or asking questions are allowed. Anyone that wants to make a speech should get well prepared ahead of the time.

    People always say that we lack of the eyes of realizing the beauty in life. I can't agree complete. Last Friday, I woke up very early and decide to take a walk. In the square there many senior citizens were dancing, I found several elders bury in feeding birds. Without many cars, I realized the city looked so clean but beautiful. Some coffee shops were decorated pretty well, which attracted our eyes. The whole city was covered with green trees, making it green city. At this moment, I found the city was so interested. How I regret ignore its beauty before!
