This is a big nature park in my hometown．In the park there is a forest and some mountains. On the mountains there are many trees and some beautiful flowers．We can play football there．There are two lakes in the park．One is big, and the other is small．We can go beating there．What can you see in the lake? Wow，there are many fish in it. What a nice park!

    Spring Festival is our Chinese people's festival. There are twelve names. We call it the year of sheep, the year of dog… and the year of monkey. Before the day of the festival, people are very busy(忙于 ) shopping and cleaning their houses. On the Eve, there is a big family dinner. After dinner, all the family stay up late( 守夜 ) to welcome the new year. It is the middle of the night. We have some dumplings and watch many good TV programs( 节目). On the first day of the New Year, people wear their new clothes to go to their friends' houses. They say “ Happy Spring Festival” to each other. Children will get some money from their parents or other people. So people especially( 特别) children like Spring Festival very much.

    There are many different greeting customs around the world. Here are some.

    Chile(智利) People usually shake hands when they meet for the first time. When two women fist meet, they sometimes give one kiss on the cheek. They actually “kiss the air'' Women also greet both male and female friends with a kiss. Chilean men give their friends warm abrazos (hugs) or sometimes kiss women on the cheek.

    Finland (芬兰)Finns greet each other with a firm handshake. Hugs and kisses are only for close friends and family.

    Korea (韩国) Men bow slightly and shake hands to greet each other. Women do not usually shake hands. To address someone with his or her full name, the family name comes first, the first name.

    The United States (美国) People shake hands when they are first introduced. Friends and family member often hug or kiss on the cheek when they see each other. In these situations, men often kiss women but not other men.

The future

    In the future, everything will be different. I think the future will be fun.

    Cars will fly. We won't drive on the roads. There won't be traffic-jams. Children will fly to school in a flying school bus. Or they will fly to school on a flying bicycle.

    Work will be different. People will have more leisure time. They will only work three days a week. The weekend will be four days long. Lots of people will work online from home. Everyone will go on vacation five times a year.

    Food well be different. We won't eat the same things we eat today. We won't buy food at the supermarket. We will buy our food online. A truck will deliver food to our houses.

    Lots of people won't cook. They will eat at a restaurant every day.

    Yes, thing will be different in the future!
